Property was great for a quick get away and golf. Centrally located, quiet neighborhood. House was updated and clean. Host was fantastic, great communication and even ordered a crock pot for us. The only flaw was we only had 3 forks but since there was just two of us, this wasn’t huge for our trip. Pool and hot tub were awesome!

The house was just lovely. The beds were comfortable, a beautiful home. Such a family friendly space with a huge kitchen, an inviting pooland hot tub and a great dining area. So much to do at the house and also convenient to so much in Albuquerque. The lagniappe they left for us was over the top. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and recently renovated. Lots of good seating inside and outside. We really enjoyed the pool! There was good shade by the pool , which we appreciated. The 4th “bedroom” is a den with a small pull out sofa. The kitchen was well equipped except the ice maker did not work and there wasn’t enough cutlery for 5 people. The location is very private and within easy drive to the Plaza.

Absolutely fantastic property! There were four of us in our party - and we were in Albuquerque for the Creed Concert. The house was perfect for us. The location was great - we were literally able to get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes or less. We went to the Breaking Bad Tour, Creed Concert, and the gondola ride to the top of the mountain. The pool was fantastic. The beds slept great. The host was amazing. A couple of us had to work as well - and the high speed internet (gig) speed was very helpful.

This house was stunning! It was somewhat like a maze in there, but we loved it because it helped a lot with sound dampening and giving separation to the different parts of the house. The kitchen was beautiful and had appliances you would not think of a rental supplying, like a bread maker and a ninja blender. The pool was loved by all, and we played hours of volleyball with the supplied net! I would come back here again in a heartbeat.

Location is in an older Santa Fe neighborhood which we enjoyed. Very close to balloon festival area. It’s listed as 4 bedrooms but works best as a 3 bedroom, 2 living rooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor space. The pool is bigger than it looks on the listing.

Great property inside and out. Beautiful big outdoor patio with lots of patio furniture and pool, hot tub, pool toys. Property owner very responsive to questions that arose. A Perfect Family Getaway House in Albuquerque!

Our recent stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Albuquerque was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! Traveling with my extended we were delighted to find this place that comfortably accommodates everyone. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, ensuring everyone had their own private space, and the amenities truly made our stay special. The kids (and adults!) loved the pool which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area.The house was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, clearly showing the care the hosts put into their property. Communication with the host was seamless and helpful, making our entire experience stress-free from booking to check-out.We highly recommend this house to any family or larger group looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located home base in Albuquerque. We came to Albuquerque for the Balloon Festival. The location is wonderful being a mile or two south of the festival. Because of the close proximity to the festival we were able to see some balloons fly over the house. One time a balloon was so close that we were able to talk to pilot!The house itself is beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and one child. We had the pool heated and it was warm enough in early October to swim, at least this year. All the common rooms are large enough to accommodate our entire group at one time. The Evolve rep was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants and activities. She also had beach towels sent when I asked if there were any in the house. Either she or I initiated a text conversation a few times during our 6 day stay.We had a wonderful visit and would recommend this house!

Nicer than you expect!

Great communication! Local knowledge at a text was extremely comforting & informative. Honestly they undersold how nice and swanky this place is. When it comes to vacation stays I have had good experiences & bad ones too, this is easily one of my favorite experiences- vacations-relaxation and all around great time! We opted for Albuquerque over Santa Fe because of the massive price difference and more family oriented activities. It’s was only a 38 minute drive or we took the short rail when we went to Santa Fe. My favorite thing about this trip was at the end of the days adventures we all piled onto the huge couch and fired up the one push button fireplace! So cozy and hard to achieve with multigenerational families, making memories. Both the adults and the kiddos are already asking to go back to the “Nice House by the mountains.”

This house was older but has been renovated beautifully. The master bathroom is what dreams are made of. Our family spent most of our time in the back yard when at the house. My kids wanted to swim all day everyday and the pool heat made it comfortable to do so even in the 60 degree temps on one of those days. We are not people who like cold so it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the pool. We also spent time around the fire pit each evening and that was also enjoyable. If I had any suggestions to give it would be that the outdoor cushions could be updated but they in no way detracted from our stay. We felt right at home while staying here. The neighborhood is super quiet and everyone we passed waved. I came away from this vacation with the sense that New Mexico has the most genuinely friendly people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Cozy oasis perfect for a Girl's Weekend

This property was perfect for the 5 of us having our annual college girlfriend reunion - the space was impeccably appointed and decorated with little touches that really made the difference between a good property and an exceptional property. The hot tub was warm and cozy, the living room with the fireplace was comfy and cozy and wonderful for both reading and catching up on our lives over wine and cocktails! The kitchen was beautifully appointed with enough cooking utensils and equipment even for this serious home cook - we made a delicious dinner and some wonderful breakfasts while visiting. The location was quiet and secluded, yet within 20 minutes of all of the things we wanted to see and do. Alex, the property manager, was incredibly communicative and informative and gave us some amazing restaurant and activity recommendations - we used more than a few of them and they were all spot on. This place would be perfect for a family or 2 or a group of friends reuniting - our only regret was that the weather was a little chilly to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoor space with the fire pit, grill, pool, and variety of seating areas. HIGHLY recommend this property - we would definitely consider it again if we came back to the area. Thanks for an amazing getaway!

Balloon festival retreat

This house was amazing! We booked it for the balloon festival and it is located just miles away from the park. The balloons actually flew over the house and landed in the neighborhood on the last day. Lots of things to do to keep your party entertained!

Balloon festival

The home was great! Lots of space for our party and loads of entertainment offerings. We stayed for the balloon festival and it’s located minutes away from the park. The balloons flew right over the house on the last day and landed in the development in the back. Would definitely stay again!
