House Rules:
- No smoking inside the home.
- No parties or events
- Respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- No deliveries of any kind to the property
- Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.

Pets:
- Dogs are welcome, 40lbs and under.

Fire Pit Rules:
- Fires must never be left unattended.
- Extinguish the fire completely before leaving the area or going inside for the night.
(Water or sand must be used to ensure the fire is fully out)
- Only burn clean, dry firewood. Do not burn trash, plastics, or other materials.

Garage not for use by guests

How to Use the Roku TVs:
- Press the Power button on the remote to turn the TV on.
- Use the Home button (house icon) to return to the main Roku menu.
- Navigate using the arrow buttons.
- Select your desired streaming app (Netflix, Prime, Peacock, Roku TV, etc.) and press OK.
- Adjust volume with the Volume buttons on the side of the remote.

Tips:
- All TVs are pre-connected to Wi-Fi.
- Log into your personal streaming accounts for a customized experience.
