Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms designed for restful nights after full mountain days. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A queen bed furnishes the second bedroom, while the third includes two twin beds suitable for families or groups traveling together. A separate full bathroom with a bathtub supports the additional bedrooms, and a convenient powder room is located on the main level.
Living areas
The living room centers around the indoor fireplace and TV, creating a welcoming place to unwind, share stories from the day, or enjoy a quiet evening as the snow falls outside. The area blends wooded tranquility with convenient proximity to mountain activities, making it a welcoming base during the winter season.
House rules
No pets are permitted, offering a quiet and comfortable environment throughout your stay. Long term stays are allowed for added flexibility.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked away in the peaceful Benchlands, Forest Trails gives you the best of both worlds—calm, tree-lined surroundings and the slopes just a short stroll away. You’re moments from the Upper Village’s dining scene, yet it still feels like your own private corner of Whistler. In winter, ski home through the woods; in summer, wander trails that start right outside your door.

• This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
