Evenings invite you to warm up by the indoor fireplace while snow rests on the branches outside, and mornings begin with slow moments on the forest-facing patio or balcony before heading toward the mountain. With a calm Benchlands setting and easy access to Whistler’s energy, the space offers a comfortable retreat for your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms designed for restful nights after full mountain days. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A queen bed furnishes the second bedroom, while the third includes two twin beds suitable for families or groups traveling together. A separate full bathroom with a bathtub supports the additional bedrooms, and a convenient powder room is located on the main level.



Living areas

The living room centers around the indoor fireplace and TV, creating a welcoming place to unwind, share stories from the day, or enjoy a quiet evening as the snow falls outside. Sliding doors lead to the patio or balcony overlooking the forest, offering a refreshing pause surrounded by the natural landscape. Heating and portable fans help maintain comfort throughout the seasons, and the private entrance adds a sense of ease during your stay.

The patio or balcony is furnished for outdoor use when weather permits, and a BBQ grill is available seasonally. Parking includes free parking garage access for one small vehicle, along with free street parking.

Located in Whistler’s peaceful Benchlands near the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, the townhouse is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Blackcomb Gondola and close to the free village shuttle for easy access to lifts, dining, and shops. The area blends wooded tranquility with convenient proximity to mountain activities, making it a welcoming base during the winter season.



House rules

No pets are permitted, offering a quiet and comfortable environment throughout your stay. Long term stays are allowed for added flexibility.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked away in the peaceful Benchlands, Forest Trails gives you the best of both worlds—calm, tree-lined surroundings and the slopes just a short stroll away. You’re moments from the Upper Village’s dining scene, yet it still feels like your own private corner of Whistler. In winter, ski home through the woods; in summer, wander trails that start right outside your door.

• This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
