This beautiful, spacious home in Champions Gate is 10 miles from Disney World property.

Lounge in the heated SOUTH-FACING pool & jacuzzi, with no rear neighbors for added privacy. This home boasts one of the few oversized pools in the neighborhood.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, with seven upstairs. There are five full bathrooms.

A game room, loft area and open kitchen/family room provide for plenty of entertaining space. The game room has a slate pool table, air hockey/ping pong table, foosball and jumbo Connect 4. The bunk room is Star-Wars themed with 3 sets of bunks.

Champions Gate offers guests golf, pools, splash pad & slides, lazy river, tiki bar, restaurant and gym. There are kids activities daily, including nightly free movies. This home is within WALKING DISTANCE to the Oasis Clubhouse & amenities. Groceries and restaurants are located within Champions Gate and are just a quick drive away. This is a perfect place for all ages.

Nice place

Nice house , had a great time!! One queen mattress was bad to sleep on. There was no dish soap and no extra garbage bags so bring your own( this was a surprise my 1st Vrbo but had previously stayed at 3 other homes that supplied that stuff. other than that it was nice and in a safe area.

Thanks for your review! We will have that mattress looked at, thank you for bringing it to our attention. Our property management team leaves one dishwasher pack, one laundry machine detergent, a pack of paper towels, a trash bag (each bathroom has a trash bag too), and toilet paper. There are also bars of soap and a mini shampoo in each bathroom. This is to get your stay started! As the rental houses many people, the remainder needed is up to the renters. The home is fully stocked with all bedding and bath towels :). This is standard via our cleaning team and management crew.

We all had a great time there,

The only question I might have is how the listing could actually be for 27 people, We had 22 and do not think any more than that would have been possible. The 7 bedrooms upstairs really needed at least one more bathroom. Dont know where it would have gone, but definately needed

Thank you for visiting! So glad you stayed with us. The three bathrooms upstairs tend to provide plenty of space for the bedrooms. Especially as two are Jack & Jill. And yes, the bunk room is specifically for kiddos. The number of people are per available beds, but obviously if anyone wants more room etc, it’s understandable. But we have made this clear in photos and when anyone books at max capacity I confirm with them too :). Thanks!!

Family Trip

We loved the house! It was clean, spacious, great location and my family absolutely loved the pool/hot tub. The owner Katie was very responsive leading up to our trip. We didn't have any issues during the trip so there was no need to reach out to her, but I know she would have responded quickly. My family and I will definitely be back in the future!

Fun house!

We (group of 25 adults) had a great time staying here and had plenty of room for everyone! The only negative is once you get into the house, you'll be in contact with a rental management company as opposed to the actual owner of the house. The owner of the house was super sweet and helpful, and the management company was too, until I brought up a minor issue I had and then they just stopped responding to me. Overall, a great place for a large group of people - the pool in the backyard was super nice and the neighborhood pool/lazy river/clubhouse was a 5-10 minute walk. The house is stocked with everything you might need too. There were so many cooking pans, plates/bowls, silverware, cups, serving utensils, can openers, literally everything.

We have stayed in Champions Gate the past 3 years for the Nationals Competition and this by far has been the best house ever!! Katie Bordner was the best property manager to work with!!! House was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed!!!

Excellent location and home

We had a fairly large group (8-12 people) and this home could handle twice that. Very spacious and the owners and agency were very responsive. Having rented many homes before this is definitely up there in size and comfort. Southern exposure is HUGE and one requirement I have before renting....this home met the need in spades with sun all day with shade as needed. Fairly private as well especially when compared to other options in the area. If staying for more then 2 weeks i would recommend renting a grill for variety. Definitely get the heated Pool (April), my wifes requirement as the hot tub was used every day. Some "renter aging" with minor paint and chips but that can be expected from any rental that sees high turn over. Also the kitchen utensils were lower quality but again, should be expected. The owner and agent were world class, responsive and very helpful/accommodating. We walked the Champions Gate complex every day (3 mile loop) and saw all the home options.. This homes size and location were one of the best in the area.

Great Experience

I want anyone who is looking for a rental property to know I have rented over a 100 houses in the Orlando area in the last 15 years for both business and family trips. Dealing with Katie who was my contact for this house was amazing she is a great person to deal with and did a great job to make sure our stay was great! When I look at houses in Orlando I look at area and Champions Gate is one of the best in the area. It is well kept, very safe with Security through out the resort and a great resort style club house that you have to see. When I look at houses I look at furnishing, Bedding is very important as manny owners go cheap, Furnishing by the pool and spa and heat for the pool and spa work during our stay and this houses checks off all the boxes. I want to thank Katie for everything and I recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation house. Thanks Grant.

The house was nice. It needs a new couch in the living room. Alot of scratches on the walls in the game room but overall it was nice.
