Upon arrival, the smell of bleach was strong and floors were still wet...we knew they took cleaning seriously! The house appeared nice but soon we realized that the table that was supposed to seat 10 only had 5 chairs around it. The bar that showed 5 barstools in the listing, only had 3. The living room that showed ample seating in the listing only had the couch from the upstairs sitting area shown in the pictures and the two chairs from the main living space was moved to the upstairs sitting area. We chose this home based on the listing description and pictures as we thought it would accommodate our group of 19, but it did not. There was only one bath towel and wash cloth per person, which could have worked if the dryer were more efficient. It took 2-3 drying cycles to dry towels. We reported it and someone came out but we were told it was working fine. It seemed the lent had not been cleaned out of the hose in a while! Also, not accommodating to our party of 19, there were only 9 drinking glasses,17 dinner plates, and minimal cookware provided. We did report the short comings of the seating and plates and drink cups, but we were told that due to the busy holiday season, they were unable to provide anything additional. We had to buy paper plates, solo cups, and plastic eating utensils so we could all eat together. We also purchased wash clothes and some baking sheets. We asked for a credit since they couldn't provide what was advertised but we haven't heard back.

Beautiful house

This house was an excellent stay. It was clean and had everything seem in the photos. My family and I really enjoyed this home. If you need a great 8 bedroom house, here is the place.

Beautiful vacation home!

Had a wonderful experience and the rooms and mattresses were just as comfortable as it was beautiful. The pool deck on sat night was the place to be! Enjoyed karaoke and a great dinner. Serving portions were large & the staff were very hospitable. Looking to book again soon.

Great Family Vacation!

We had a great family vacation. The home had everything we needed and more. It was spacious and very well maintained. We truly felt it was our home away from home. The management company was amazing! They have great customer service and responded with promptness and genuine concern. Will definitely visit again!

Our family vacation

This was a very beautiful home. Everyone loved their room. It was spacious. The theater room nice for the everyone. The kitchen is where I loved doing my thing and it was gorgeous. I would love to rent this home again

Except for some of the kitchen utensils, everything was excellent. This big house gave all of our 12 guests space to spread out. The clubbouse pools were great for the kids. Close to theme parks and airport. We are happy with our choice..

Family Holiday

The house was great, absolutely no complaints!!! We had plenty of room for all 18 people, never felt like you were on top of each other. My only complaint and nothing owner or property management has any control over was guest next door to us. Over all was a wonderful place and would defiantly stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Overall a nice spacious home!

Beautiful home very spacious with plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and 7 kids. Utensils for everything and plenty of crockery for our whole party. Any problems we had were dealt with promptly by the management company and very friendly maintainence man. I would recommend renting this place .

FRAT HOUSE

The house size was great! It was in need of a total house cleaning and painting and new appliances furniture e.t.c. We would NOT stay at a property managed by NOVA it was not worth the $ because of the shape the house was in!

Enjoyed our stay!

The home was a pictured. Our family enjoyed their stay. The the house was identical to the pictures, large with areas and lots of room for the 11 members of our family. The patio furniture specifically the loungers are in need of replacement. As well TV remotes could use replacing (taped to hold together) and the sound bar and the Xbox did not work. The shower on the main floor leaked. We enjoyed the club house and all that it offered. Home is located close to everything that you need.

Dazed and confused 🤔 🥴

Fabulous location & great neighborhood! However, property needs a lot of attention to detail. Most of our concerns were resolved in a timely manner. Disappointed in appearance when we arrived. We did enjoy the pool and theater room! This property has so much potential to be simply spectacular, but the cleaning crew and management team have not preformed to a standard that we have seen in other VRBO properties.

Amazing Home and Super Awesome Owner!

This was a fabulous property with great attention to detail. Furniture was actually comfortable, towels were both soft and absorbent (both for shower and pool), rooms were well appointed. We loved how clean and well thought out everything was. Beds are very comfortable which is important as well. We were very pleased with our experience. Resort clubhouse was never busy or overcrowded. The pool and theater room were the perfect touch. Kids can’t wait to come back!!! Owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions that arose. The home is in a great location.Definitely worth booking.... HIGHLY recommended !!!

Fabulous Vacation Home!

I stayed here with my whole extended family. Ages 1 to 79. Everyone had a fabulous time. Plenty of room! The home is beautiful and clean had everything we needed. The mattresses were so comfortable. We especially loved sitting on the lanai every morning to drink my coffee. The kids loved the game room and the pool. There is no neighborhood at back. Everything was exactly as described. Frank was so helpful answering all of my questions before we went. The house is at the good location, the resort is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We would stay there again for sure!

Disappointing arrival

This home was not as advertised and the pictures must be from years ago. We walked into a home where the: top glass on the stove was shattered, dinning room table had maybe 3 settable chairs, there was broken lawn furniture at the curb of the house, the remaining lawn furniture was broken, the pool lanai screen was torn, so the pool was not clean, there were exposed wires. We could not stay in this home and left immediately. The owner doesn't do refunds on cancellation, however we did not cancel your home is not suitable for rental.

Overall Nice Stay

This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for large families. There were a few issues that we found. The couch in the living room sits way too low and is not comfortable. The stairs had visible dirt stains. The downstairs and upstairs living area TV’s were hard to cut on. We called maintenance and they came the same day to fix it. In the middle of of our stay a man came to do something to the pool and we couldn’t get back in until the next day. The hot tub would have been nice if it was hot. I don’t think we should have to pay to get hot water for a hot tub. The stove as well as some of the cooking utensils need to be replaced. The stove cooks unevenly. Overall not a bad place to stay. Championsgate is our favorite neighborhood to vacation in.

Not very clean but I guess you get what you pay for

We stayed here for a family vacation. My parents and 3 siblings and our families (with young children) 10 adults, 8 kids. The layout of the house is great for families with two sets of rooms connected by a jack and jill bathroom then multiple other bedrooms and bathrooms, we all slept comfortably. The kitchen didn't have dish towels and pans/pots were old and warped. Heat settings were worn off most eyes of the stove knobs so it was a guessing game for the large eye. Lots of mugs but not enough silverware for as many people as we had. Dish soap was not supplied and only 2 garbage bags and dishwasher tablets were supplied (so make sure you bring some or plan to buy). The pool heater was not on when we arrived so we had to contact them to turn it on then we missed out on a day of pool heat (even though we paid for it). But after it was on for a day the pool was a wonderful temperature even with weather dropping to the 60's. The cleanliness of the house was probably the biggest down side. When we arrived floors had dirt that stuck to your feet. After a couple hours of babies crawling on them their knees and hands were black with dirt and the feet of the adults were also. There was also visible hair on the bathroom floors (and even a bonus of nail clippings beside one of the trash cans). Toilets had visible staining on them which came out with an easy scrub of the toilet brush. No cleaners were provided so I had to buy cleaner to mop and clean the toilets. The neighborhood was very busy on the weekends and almost vacant during the week. We did have a great time at the Oasis club pool/water playground.

Party of 15

Pros: The house is in a very nice gated community. All the beds are very comfortable and the house is very spacious. The kids loved the pool and movie room. I loved that they had an extra deep freezer in the kitchen, it came in very handy. The community pool was a lot of fun and they even have cabana rentals which I highly recommend. Check out process was pretty simple. Cons: The freezer in the kitchen doesn't really keep things cold, that's where the extra deep freezer came in handy. The dining room table chairs are very wobbly. When we first got to the house the smoke detector in the little girls room was beeping ALL. NIGHT. LONG! I called maintenance numerous times and I never heard from them. Another reason for calling maintenance was for a toilet that clogged on the first day. We couldn't find a plunger in the house (finally found one the last day). One of the rooms didn't have a comforter on the bed so it was very cold at night in the room. The air hockey table doesn't work very well and we could never find the playstation for the kids to play. We also couldn't find a guest book with information about the house. It would be nice if there were cleaning supplies (other than a broom) to help with upkeep. The pool furniture (starting to break) could really be replaced as well as the pots and pans in the kitchen (they were bent and not much to choose from). Black garbage bags are needed for the last day other wise you will get an extra charge (saw a sign hanging in the pantry, otherwise we wouldn't know due to no guest book). Overall it was a nice, spacious house and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again!
