There were no instructions provided on how to use the heaters. We could never get the down stairs heater to turn on no heat downstairs our entire visit, also the heater upstairs was programed to heat for a certain amount of time then it would go down. The house was really cold the entire stay. The furniture in the living room is so old snd worn out very uncomfortable really, really needs to be replaced. The remote for the TV only works if you stand right in front of it. It no longer has a back to hold the batteries and the tape they put on to hold the batteries still doesn't make the remote work. The poor attempt to clean the windows only made them worse they are so badly smeared and streaked with grime you can hardly see out of them. Lastly we had to clean and kill so many flies on the window sills and floors everyday we had to make sure there was a light on at night do we didnt step on them. One positive is the views are spectacular.

Amazing location and beautiful house that comfortably fit everyone! The big beautiful deck and privacy of the location were huge perks! Friendly host, easy check in and check out. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed here multiple times. This property will not disappoint. The great room and fieplace , large dining table and open concept kitchen is perfect for family gatherings.

It was a nice, quiet spot with a beautiful view. The best part of the house is the deck. It was clean and tidy. We did not use the hot tub so cannot comment there. The furniture was a bit run down and the mattresses could use an upgrade. Kitchen was well stocked, however there was no coffee supplied- not a deal breaker but just a "nice to have", especially for the first morning. Wifi is weak, but again not a deal breaker for us. It's about a 5 minute drive into town.

We stayed at this property with family for our daughter's wedding. The views were lovely and the layout of the house worked perfectly for our needs. We saw beautiful wildlife from the house including colorful little birds feeding off the feeder from the deck, Hawks flying overhead, adorable chipmunks, and a deer with her 2 babies.

Wow! The pictures of the views from the hot tub do not do it justice. A huge house that even with nine adults and a dog felt spacious. The furnishings are not fancy but the beds are comfy with plenty of extra blankets for those chilly nights. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, flatware and a nice array of cooking spices. A large dinning room table makes a great spot for group meals and game night. The wooded lot helps to muffle the noise from Hwy 24 and downtown Leadville is five minutes away. The garage has plenty of space for storing bikes, skis and snowboards. Once the day of outdoor fun is done retire to the deck with a cold beverage to watch the sun go down over Mt. Massive. A couple of things to note- The Wi-Fi is slow. So if you need speedy internet service you may want to think about bringing a hotspot.If you like your tunes you may want to also bring a blue tooth speaker or you can stream Pandora through the tv. The hot tub has great views but is under the porch. No patio or flagstones under the porch for hanging out or even walking to the tub so bring slip on shoes to help you walk across the dirt.

Large home w/lots of linen/towels/kitchen supplies. Perfect location if you’re skiing at SkiCooper and have a larger group.

Lots of beds, beautiful views

We had plenty of room for our 10-person group, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, Mountain Views, and quiet property. The place could benefit from some upgrades, including new towels and pillows, but we had what we needed. If you’re looking for a lot of beds and private views of the mountains, this rental has exactly what you need!

Family Christmas

Wonderful home for a family get together. I would like the property manager to know that there is a problem with the oven. We tried to use the broiler and the house immediately filled with smoke. Not sure when it was last cleaned, but the coating on the sides and bottom created liquid in the bottom of oven causing the broiler to shut off and not be usable. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Love the View

This was a wonderful place for my boys and their families and I to meet for a vacation. The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms so we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen had everything we could want and then some. It’s very peaceful with no close neighbors. And then…there’s the deck that looks out to Mount Massive!! What a sight off the deck or from the windows! Andrew and Tracy were great to help set everything up. We loved it there!!

Nice quiet place, amazing views

Mine and my sister’s families came here for a long weekend. The place was exactly as described online. The view of the mountains and valley from the porch were spectacular. The house was clean and the kitchen had all necessities. Beds were comfortable. Even saw deer while sitting the hot tub. Management company was easy to work with and answered all our questions.

Even better than the pics!

This property is stunning. The house is beautiful and secluded yet close to town and Ski Cooper. We had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen and everything was clean when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome weekend trip.

House was in a great location, spacious rooms, and the views were incredible. Only complaint is some of the details in the listing are left out only until after you have booked/paid which led to some additional surprise fees. Overall a pretty decent stay for the price!

Peacefully Perfect

The Mountain Majesty property provided our family and friends with the perfect weekend getaway. The views are spectacular! The property has plenty of room for everyone with all the amenities. Highly recommend!!!

Family home on gorgeous property

Our stay was a family reunion of sorts and this home was very comfortable for all of us. All adults had their own bedrooms and the bunk bed room and downstairs family room provided plenty of space for the kids. The property is gorgeous and the location was perfect for us. A quick drive to the Safeway and downtown Leadville, as well as Turquoise Lake and plenty of hikes, made it very convenient. Renters should be aware that almost all of the bathrooms were Jack and Jill, so you will be sharing with the adjoining bedroom. Truly a lovely place to stay!
