1 Bed/1 Bath Deluxe Cottage with beach access on site. The space is best suited for 3 people (1 queen bed and 1 pullout queen sofa-bed, <600 square feet)

No ocean view from the Cottage but you will have private beach access without having to cross A1A! We also provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kiddos!

Full kitchen, private bathroom, pullout Queen sized sofa bed, free WiFi, parking, coin laundry on-site, and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from our Beach Deck!

Our stay at cocoa sands was perfect. We loved being steps away from the beach and so close to everything in cocoa beach. There was so much to do, we loved all the wildlife that we got to see as well! We hope to be back someday again!

Third time staying with Coco Sands in Cocoa Beach. My family group stayed in 3 of their units for our reunion/ visit with family who live in Cocoa. Always enjoy the accommodations and amenities. Especially the beach! Had another memorable stay and vacation!

Relaxing location

Very relaxing. Quiet. Our unit did not face the water but a few steps onto the deck area provided a wonderful view and immediate beach access.

Not what I expected but got help right away

We arrived and the unit was not the one I thought it was.I expressed my disappointment and, in less than minutes, around 7pm, we got a call from a verbo service person and they were extremely apologetic and refunded my money and even led us stay in the unit for that night for free Even though we did not stay in the unit and it was not what I was expecting, the manager was extremely helpful and I'm very impressed with how helpful they were.

Easy access to everything. A you can walk right out the door and the ocean is there and then stroll a couple of miles down the beach and there is everything you need.

Great quick getaway at Cocoa Beach

The cottage was well-appointed, clean, and communication with management was helpful and they were very accommodating. A couple of minor issues, but they responded quickly. The space was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 toddler), but I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 adults as the kitchen and living room areas are quite small. If you’re the type who primarily cooks your meals while on vacation, this may not be the place for you as the kitchen is small and there really isn’t a dining area. Not a deal breaker as it’s definitely in a prime location for the beach. Easy access to all the shopping and restaurants as well. We also appreciated the variety of beach supplies and toys that were available (and very well organized)! We are already planning another trip to stay at this cottage!

Comfy Cute Little Apt Super Close to the Ocean

We had a great stay in this unit! Bed is super comfortable, kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, bathroom was roomy and had sunblock, aloe, and lotion for use. While this unit doesn't have a direct view of the ocean from the room, it's SO CLOSE to the water it didn't really matter! If I wanted a water view, I walked a few feet to the back of the building and there it was (no stairs either, this is a lower level unit). Nice little sitting area out back (great spot to watch the sun rise over the water!) Beach area was practically empty, so much quieter than near the pier, it was very relaxing. Loved that they have a big outdoor closet with beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas and other beach things available for use. Only real downside is that there's not much in the unit's immediate vicinity aside from residences and condo/apt buildings, no super close shopping or restaurants. We had rented a car so that wasn't a big deal to us, but might be for others so I thought it worth mentioning. Definitely would stay here again!

Super location! Immaculate.

Well-maintained place! Nice and clean, immaculate inside. Lots of room. This is unit 5. Great A/C, too! Beach side and easy drive north and south to wherever you need to go.

This review is for Unit 4 - not this property which is Property ID 7859014

We moved from Property ID 7859014 to a different unit also owned by the same owners which was unit 4. Unit 4 worked perfectly for my wife and I. We stayed a total of 5 weeks. The unit has everything that you need except a pizza cutter. We had an opportunity to interact with the property manager Ana, the maintenance manager Jean, and the cleaning team of Terry and her husband. Everybody was just outstanding to work with! They are all striving to make sure that you have a great experience and that all of your needs are met. The unit is located steps from the beach - which is where we spent 95% or our days. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Jean even added a new grill, charcoal, and accessories. She also purchased more beach towels for all of the units. Terry and her husband were fun to interact with and they do a great job cleaning! Ana made sure that we could move once we requested it and she communicated with us in a timely fashion. We would definately rent here again - we had a blast and everyone was great to interact with!

Very nice place

The only things that we would have liked better was more kitchen linens, only had 1 kitchen towel and no dishcloths. We are coffee drinkers and the pot is pretty small. Also we were in unit 5 and there was a couple of nights that people were doing laundry up til 11pm. Otherwise no complaints.Thanks

Sorry we had to cancel....

At the last minute we were unable to go due to a health emergency. Since we had to select stars in order to submit I gave Ana 5 stars since she was very understanding and sent the information we needed quickly so we could file our cancellation insurance. We WILL stay here once things settle down!
