Great stay

We have visited Ava apartments many times and as usual we were extremely happy. The suite was comfortable, very clean and set up with the essentials we would need. We love the proximity to the beach and the use of chairs, wagon and cooler is greatly appreciated . We will be back and continue to share our wonderful experiences.

VERY clean, quiet and small

Great place for two that will be busy during the day. VERY small but worked well for us. This is not a “stay in your room all day” kind of place. Thanks again for a very clean and nice place!

We’re too old to stay in a place that small. Leaning arms on the table threatens to lower the Murphy bed. Worth it for the beach access!

Small but packs a punch!

Property we stayed at was a studio with a murphy bed but has everything you could possibly need. The communication and information was terrific. No problems and clean! Great location! Includes beach equipment and outdoor chairs. Good little getaway!

Beach Getaway

The property was just as advertised. The location is excellent and the ocean is only a short walk away. Having the beach supplies available is a huge plus. The owner even sent me an email letting me know of a scheduled rocket launch. I would definitely return.

As advertised

Short walk to beach as advertised. 👍 accommodations as advertised. The only thing we expected was an ice maker machine in the freezer. Unfortunately there were some ice cube trays and holder. Besides that we enjoyed the accommodations. The useable beach items were a huge plus.

This place is STUNNING! Couldn’t get enough of this room/outdoor area. My only bad thing I could review would be communication, it wasn’t on them it was the app called Vrbo. I wish there were more options on communication. My only other thing I could complain about was I requested something special for me and my fiancé since it was our honeymoon and was told they would make it special but they didn’t (they could’ve easily forgot so no big deal) but we still had fun, had peaceful time there. The plants were well taken care of. Walking distance to the beach. Nice hygiene care in the shower. Amazing bed, pillows, and towels. I give this place a 100 out of 10. If I ever come back to cocoa beach I will book this place again.

Wonderful and quiet place to stay

This property is a hidden gem. A very nice property catering to vacationers who want a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The interior of the apartments is modern and update-to-date. A relaxing outdoor patio with three grills for cooking makes an excellent end to a day at the beach. By the way, the beach is only a block away and you can borrow beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas from the complex. Or walk two blocks to great dining. The staff is wonderful and really cares about your stay.

Cozy and near the beach with all the beach supplies

The room was very small, as described in the listing. However, it was very clean and we found adaquate space for all our things. The location, across the street from the beach, was perfect. The make avaialble all the things you need for the beach, umbrella's, charis, toys and coolers. We would stay again.

This place was a sweet little beach hideaway. Loved everything about it. So cozy, and had everything we needed! Loved the beach towels, and beach chairs, and umbrellas! Beach is just a short walk from your door! Will be back!
