Family Trip to Charlotte

This is great for a family traveling. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together in the common areas and everyone had a bedroom. Plus plenty of bathrooms which is a plus when traveling with teens! Also, it is centrally located. Everywhere we traveled to around town was less than 20 minutes.

Pack football Vaca

House was perfect for what we needed and plenty of beds to sleep everyone. Owner was very responsive and accommdating. Location was perfect for food options as well as grocery store locations.

Youth Trip

We immensely enjoyed our stay. Very spacious house with so much room! The hosts are terrific, and correspondence was very quick and friendly. Would highly recommend this place for your Charlotte vacation.

We had a family gathering for people from New York, to meet up with people from North Carolina.We enjoyed ourselves and the space it provides us. The place had some things that needed cleaning, the dishwasher, grill. And other things. They were not able to be used because of it

Great stay! Will definitely book again

My family and I enjoyed the stay! Great communication.. i will definitely be staying again. The cleanliness is top tier. Pictures didn’t do this house justice the inside IS AMAZING!! I can’t wait to come again. Everything was close literally walking distance!

Enjoyed the stay

We enjoyed the stay. Entery into the area where the houses were located was a little sketchy. There were a lot of people hanging around outside of the gas station on the corner. The house was very nice, plenty of room For our family and it was clean.

Perfect for graduation

Family stay for a UNCC graduation. The 1st floor master on grade was easy access for grandparents, no steps.

Amazing home with every detail provided

Was in Charlotte for the Pittsburg Steelers and Carolina Panthers game and stayed at sugar Creek. The home was amazing and every detail was perfect. The house is very well stocked and extremely comfortable.

College indoctrination

The property was amazing!! Really open and modern layout! Everything was clean and in great condition. It was a 20 minute drive to Winthrop, which was super convenient. This was a really great trip and the living accommodations made it even better!

Marathon Weekend

My family all came to Charlotte to run in the Charlotte Marthon. This was our second time staying in this house. The size was perfect for our family and the location of the rooms provide privacy for everyone. We love the tennis courts at the park across from the house so we can play tennis and pickle ball.

Our Stay

The property could have had a thorough cleaning. Needs a new ironing board. There was an loud verbal confrontation from the neighboring tenants at 4:00 a.m. Also, the neighborhood behind the unit was sketchy.

Wouldn't stay here again

This place has the potential to be nice but unfortunately it is not maintenanced and it hasn't had a good cleaning for quite a while. It had an odd smell when we walked in & the floors felt sticky. The walls, woodwork, & window treatments were dirty. As far as comfort very little attention is paid to details. The location is questionsble too.

March Madness Basketball

My friends and I spent the weekend in Charlotte to watch the second round games of the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament. Coming from out of town, we rented this property to stay at and it was great. The setup of the house allowed for everyone to have their own bed. The house was clean and up to date on its furnishings. The location to downtown Charlotte made it possible to easily travel back and forth from the house to downtown bars, restaurants and the Spectrum Center.
