The condominium Don Salva lies directly on a magnificent, kilomerterlangen dune beach.
Our beautiful apartment has everything you could wish for holidays; direct location on the promenade and the beach, unparalleled views of sea and beach to one side to Oliva, the other side to Gandia and the palm garden beautifully landscaped. In the garden there is a large communal pool, children's pool and showers, and a well-kept lawn with shady palm trees.

Our apartment, in. 1 Floor, has 2 bedrooms and a generous cut, bright living and dining room. The separate, well-equipped kitchen with bistro table and 2 chairs is bright and friendly as was the bathroom with a window.

The large balcony overlooking the beach and the sea completes the whole.

In one bedroom there is a queen size double bed (double), the other 2 single beds. Both rooms have a practical built-in wardrobe.

A large dining table with 6 chairs is located in the spacious living-dining room and a sitting area with sofa bed and 2 comfortable armchairs.
There is also the TV and CD - player with radio.

The roof terrace with stunning panoramic - view to Oliva on one side and up the other Gandia is ideal for drying clothes or even for undisturbed sunbathing.

In the vicinity there are numerous opportunities for an active vacation with sports (eg. B. Golf course in Oliva, kite surfing) to culture.
The beautiful, kilometer long beach is ideal for long walks and other beach activities.

For chilly days, a heater is available.

The nearby supermarket is within walking distance in 5 minutes. Other shops such as bakers, butchers, pharmacy and restaurants are also located within a radius of about 5-10 minutes walk from our apartment.

Nos ha gustado. Comunicación con la propietaria un 10. Muy amable y sincera. La persona que entrega las llaves y limpia -perfecta. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, olía bien. Lo más bonito- las vistas- el mar, las dunas que se ven tanto desde el salón como del dormitorio. Una terraza agradable, sombreada todo el día, menos por la mañana, pero a las 10:30 ya hay sombra. Es un apartamento pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario. Aunque es un piso, así que no hay demasiada privacidad para nuestro gusto, Los vecinos nos veían en el balcón si estaban de pie. Sentados no, pero se escuchaba todo- este quizás fuese un inconveniente. En el apartamento hay de todo, está muy bien equipado. Nos gustó la cocina. Desde una ventana del salón se ve la piscina, muy limpia y agradable. Lo que más nos entristeció es que en la zona los perros no son bien vistos… La propietaria no hizo ningún problema con nuestras perritas, pero por la zona es difícil pasear con ellos, todo son prohibiciones. Cerca hay un parque para perros al menos. Aunque ningún restaurante nos admitía en su terraza… La playa está al pasar la calle, Justo enfrente. Es una ubicación buenísima. Como sugerencia diríamos que otro juego de llaves sería ideal y necesario. Solo tuvimos uno y nos teníamos que coordinar para todo. El supermercado más cercano estaba a 6 minutos en coche (Piles Consum). En general estamos muy agradecidos tanto a la propietaria como a la pareja que nos abrió y mostró todo, muy amables todos.

Prima Aufenthalt in Piles

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist ein Traum genauso wie der Pool der Hausgemeinschaft! Im Frühjahr duften überall die Orangenblüten, unbedingt frische Orangen kaufen und auspressen. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Wir haben die Zeit in Spanien sehr genossen.

Wir sind in Februar in Piles gewesen.

Die Wohnung liegt am Strand und wir können von Zimmer aus beim Frühstücken, auf das Meer schauen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man hat praktisch alles, was man für eine kleine Familie braucht, das Kinderzimmer ist groß genug, für die zwei Kinder wird ausreichend Platz vorhanden sein. Das Schlafzimmer fand ich zu klein, ca. 7 qm. Könnte für die Sommerzeit sehr warm werden.... allerdings die Sonne steht am Tag so, dass das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer im Schatten liegen... was Nachmittag sehr angenehm sein kann. auch 2 Ventilatoren sind in der Wohnung zum Gebrauch vorhanden ... die Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus ausreichend da , wir haben auch einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu Verfügung gestellt bekommen, haben den aber nicht gebraucht . Das Meer ist fantastisch, schöner Strand mit feinem Sand, leider die Hundebesitzer lag nicht drauf , den Strand nach dem Besuch sauber zu verlassen.... vielleicht im Sommerzeit wird es anders sein, der Hundeverbot am Strand ist überall ausgeschildert . Was uns gefehlt hat, ist die Klimaanlage, weil dadurch das wir in Februar da gewesen, war in der Wohnung kühl und die Nähe an Meer hat die Feuchtigkeit in die Wohnung noch gebracht. Im Sommerzeit sieht es natürlich anders aus. Und was noch wichtig ist, die Internet Verbindung. Das hat uns sehr gefehlt.... ansonsten, im Sommerzeit ist dort schön. Beim Einchecken haben wir keine Probleme gehabt , die Frau Lux hat uns pünktlich den Schlüssel gebracht und in der Wohnung alles erklärt.

L'appartement correspond en tous point à la description, il est grand, spacieux et très bien installé. La vue sur la mer, la piscine, tout était parfait! Gundella est aux petits soins pour ses locataires et Mathilde la personne qui est sur place est très gentille aussi. Si je reviens dans le coin il est clair, que je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, je conseille vraiment cet appartement.

Rundum perfekt. Hier hat wirklich alles gepasst.

Wir waren mehr als einhundert Prozent zufrieden. Von der sehr netten und unkomplizierten Kommunikation über die freundliche Haushälterin vor Ort, die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung, der wunderschöne, recht leere Strand direkt vor der Tür, die Freundlichkeit der Spanier allgemein, der stets saubere und jeden Morgen gereinigte Pool hat uns einfach alles restlos überzeugt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und wollten erst gar nicht wieder zurück nach Hause. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles.

Fantastic holiday!

Lovely holiday! We were there with my husband and our 2 year old daughter in this May/June. Small town, quiet place, I would recommend it to any families who does not want party life around them. It was hard choice between the pool or the sea. This was the first time my girl got introduced to the sand and the sea, and it was handy to be so close to the beach! We loved that! Friendly neighbours who where so kind any time tell us know about local shops or restaurants etc. In the evenings we had magical moments on the balcony when the sun was going down! The view is just perfect from there! And from the bedroom...Gorgeous landscape! The apartment is around 1 hour drive from Valencia, we visited a few sights there. Also been to Oliva and Gandia, nice towns.. Lot to offer but we had not enough time. The apartment itself is well equipped, the kitchen is simple but everything is there. The only thing we missed slightly that was internet connection but 100 meters from the apartment there is a restaurant and we could use their wifi when we needed to check the weather etc. Gundela was really helpful and prompt host! I only have good words for her! She dealt with any enquires that we had, she confirmed everything. Every time I had a question she got back to me asap that was really important for me as it was our first family holiday and I wanted it to be memorable. And it did happen! It was the first time we booked via ownersdirect and I was not too sure how much I can trust this system. And all in all we had the best experience. Thanks Gundela for the lovely stay! If we decide to go to Spain again we definitely going to stay in Playa de Piles.

Erholsamer Strandurlaub

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen, der Ausblick über das Meer ist genial. Im September hatte wir den Strand schon fast für uns alleine. Kein Massentrubel a la Ballermann. Was mir gefehlt hat, war ein Internetanschluss. Wenn es passt, kommen wir 2016 wieder.

Erholsame Ferien

Bereits bei der Buchung waren wir begeistert über die hilfsbereite Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin. Die Dame bei der Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort war pünktlich und sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und ruhig. Sie ist schlicht eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Aussicht vom Balkon (der ab 11 Uhr bereits angenehm im Schatten lag) ist traumhaft. Der Pool war sauber und wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Das Meer und der Strand (tatsächlich nur über die Strasse!) waren sauber und ab ca.14.30 Uhr waren wir fast alleine da, trotz Hochsaison. Zum Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln gibt es in der Nähe verschiedene Läden, auch ein paar Restaurants sind im Ort. Playa de Piles ist der perfekte Ort zum runterfahren, erholen und die Ruhe geniessen. Wer das Nachtleben sucht, sollte ein Auto haben. Wir würden diese Wohnung jeder Zeit weiterempfehlen und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch! (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind)

Ein ultimativer Erholungsurlaub

Vom 27.09. bis zum 27.10.2013 waren wir in der Ferienanlage Don Salva in Platja de Piles zwischen Gandia und Oliva in der Provinz Valencia. Die Anlage liegt auf dem halben Weg zwischen Valencia und Alicante (jeweils ca. 60 km LL entfernt) in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, deren Vegetation auch im Spätsommer und Herbst noch grün ist und nicht, wie meist im Süden in dieser Jahreszeit, verdorrt ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Möbeln und Geräten für einen erholsamen und unbeschwerten Urlaub ausgestattet. Wir waren zwar nur zu zweit da, aber es können ohne Probleme 4 Personen ihren Urlaub dort verbringen, ohne dass Platzprobleme entstehen. Der Strand, den man direkt über die Straße erreicht, ist traumhaft. Das Wasser klar und sauber. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts durchgehend gutes Wetter, Temperaturen von 32° Ende September bis 25 bis 26° Ende Oktober, mit nur einem gewittrigen, verregneten Vormittag. Die Wassertemperaturen waren zu Anfang bei 27,5° und 23,8° zum Ende unseres Urlaubs. Das Wasser im Pool war immer sauber und das innere der Anlage wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Für Ausflüge ist die Lage Ideal. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man die Umgebung zwischen Valencia (Stadtrundfahrt empfehlenswert) und Alicante bis ins Hinterland erkunden. Empfehlenswert sind: Das Val d´ Ebo / das Val de Pop mit den historischen Städtchen Jalon und Callossa dén Sarria / nach Denia und weiter zum Cap de St. Antoni und nach Javea / über die historischen Städte Teulada und Benissa nach Calpe mit dem eindrucksvollen Ifach / in die wunderbare Altstadt von Altea, danach das schrecklich, aber eindrucksvolle Benidorm und über das hübsche La Nucia zur mittelalterlichen Festung Guadalest. Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub, den wir so bald wie möglich wiederholen werden.

Toller Urlaub!

Als wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen war die sehr nette Hausdame vor Ort und hat uns empfangen. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist - wie im Inserat beschrieben, traumhaft. Man kann abends stundenlang da sitzen und auf das Meer schauen. Der Strand ist nur c.a. 20 meter vom Apartement entfernt und lädt zu langen Spaziergängen an der Küste ein. Der Strand war für diese Jahreszeit erstaunlich leer und das Meer hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Freizeitaktivitäten gibt es dort auch viele. Der Pool ist groß und die Wiese vor dem Pool lädt zu einem Mittagsschläfchen ein. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub... Roland und Familie. :)
