Located in the historical center of Elbeuf, at only 20 minutes from south of Rouen ; Near by all amenities (public transports, shops, supermarket, car parks…) ; our lovely, and totally renoved and furnished apartment, composed of three bedroom (welcoming 6 persons maximum) will be the perfect place for your stay in Normandy with friends, family or colleagues and will offer you comfort and calm.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Located on 3rd floor without lift, in a cleaned and securised building, this apartment totally well renoved and designed by ourself is composed with a large entrance with storages ; An opening space with living, dining and totally equiped kitchen ; three bedrooms with modular beds (double or twin bedroom possible on request) storages and bed linen provided ; one bathroom with bath tub and italian shower ; toilets are out of the bathroom ; a laundry space with washing machine and dryer ; Veranda.
This is a peacefull place in heart of the city ….
Wifi is provided in all apartment.
Living space : Large and bright, the living space is composed of living room with double sofa bed, TV with national and international channels ; Netflix and google TV ; A dinning room for 6 person ; perfect for groups and families
Kitchen : Opened on living space, the kitchen is well equiped : secured induction hobs with security ; oven, micro-wave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, dish machine, … Dishes, ustencils, cleaning product and kitchen towels are provided.
Bathroom : Inside bathroom, you can find italian shower, bath tub, double sinks, hair dryer. Toilets are ouf of the bathroom. Towels are provided without extra charges.
Bedrooms and bedding :
- Room 1 : Double bed (possible to switch on Twin bed on request)
- Room 2 : Double bed (possible to switch on Twin bed on request) – This is a communicating room with room 3
- Room 3 : Twin bedroom (Possible to switch on double bed on request)
Each room have storages. Bed linen is provided without extra charge.
