Beach chairs and towels, kitchenette with mostly anything you might need, pool, lawn with chairs overlooking the beach. Boardwalk ends at this location so there's no foot traffic between the condo and beach. Nice place!

The lawn area was such a selling point, I could have coffee there every morning. I was on the pool side, but it was a short walk around the corner. It was private, but you had quick beach access, which wasn't as crowded as the front of some of the surrounding hotels. Communication was super easy and Pam was always a step ahead with info and updates along the way. It made the whole process smooth. The room had absolutely everything I needed for my stay and then some. It was perfect for me, but would also be suitable for a couple. Everything was clean and ready for me to settle in right away. The couch could've used a vacuum from some sand leftover, but that is literally my only thing for the whole trip. Honestly though, does sand ever really go away?...not really. I had such a relaxing time and would definitely return! Also the pool was kept immaculately clean, even with Hurricane Erin blowin through!

Great Location

Every time I’m in Virginia Beach I stay at this location. It is so close to the beach, but also has a grassy area if you don’t feel like getting sand everywhere . There is also a pool, laundry, and restaurant on site. The building is older, but I think has the right amount of charm for a solo or a couple of travelers. Pam was my host and she was wonderful. I really appreciate the small things she did to make the room feel cozy.

Great location

Great location right at the beach - right at the end of the boardwalk! Property is older but the studio was really clean and had everything we needed. It was pretty small but large enough for the 2 of us. Queen bed was very comfortable. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Very quiet complex.

Birthday Get Away

Enjoyed the location of the unit, steps to the beach and boardwalk! The grass area was a very good place to start our day with coffee! Very quiet and private.

The condo was clean n well supplied with towels, kitchen utensils n plates, cups, etc. The contact person for the owner was super to work with n it was a perfect place for my granddaughter and I to stay!

Absolutely perfect

This location for my husband and I to have a short get away was perfect. The fact that nothing was very far from our front door was great. Adirondack chairs in the grass overlooking the ocean was a special treat. I love the ocean but not the sand so much. This owner put thought into her condo. She had a complete kitchen, ample bath towels, soft throw rugs, memory foam topper on the mattress, beach chairs/umbrella to use and outdoor chairs right outside the door. She thought of everything including coffee filters for the Mr. Coffee and cute packaged soaps in the bathroom. The AC and ceiling fan kept it comfortable while it was nearly 100 degrees outside. And to top it off, there is an assigned reserved parking space so you don't have to worry about where to park!!

It was nice overall however there were some things that made it just "okay".Outlets didn't allow you to charge things, the sink didn't drain, and we found a cockroach night 1 which left us paranoid the rest of the stay. Overall response time from the host was great and only steps from the beach.

Great location!

There couldn't be a better location for beach, entertainment, and food. The grassy area was ideal for relaxing and people watching.

Good location at the very northern end of the boardwalk, close to things but away from the crowds. Small but had what we needed, including a comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and beach chairs in good condition. Some of the advance communication was confusing because it came from different sources but a quick phone call resolved the one check in issue that had gotten buried.

Lovely stay!

The property was lovely, just as a described and in a great location for a relaxing vacation. It was great to have the reserved parking spot, the beach towels and beach chairs available. The studio is the perfect size for one person or a couple, would absolutely stay again!

The location was amazing, the surrounding was beautiful! I am was literally steps from the beach and we have our own little private beach !!! I was in awwwweee and am already planning my next trip to the same location!

Quiet, great beach access

Small, but comfortable, definitely best for 2 people, giving it a 4 instead of 5 because of a mildewy odor that crept into our stuff and we still smelled it when we got home, and because the stove didn't work very well. Loved the well tended pool, and the grassy area to view the ocean is wonderful, peaceful. Holiday inn next door for breakfast was great. Parking was convenient. If you've stayed at hotels in VA beach before, you know the parking lots can be challenging. Provided us with plenty of towels, TP, etc. Extras like umbrellas, beach towels.

My family and I liked the property overall. It's location it the biggest advantage, by far. A dedicated parking spot is a huge bonus. The property is older but seems to be maintained fairly well. It is also on the ground floor which is great. I would stay here again for these reasons. That said, there were a couple things to be aware of that weren't apparent ahead of time. I was under the impression from the description this unit faced the ocean. It instead faces the side of the property. Not a deal breaker. Also, the unit is pretty small, which is fine, but it is something to be aware of. We brought 3 bikes with us which we rolled into the unit which made it a little like playing Tetris :-) but it was manageable. The only real downside was that we encountered multiple roaches, so I would recommend a stepped-up pest control regimen. Again, I would book this property again. The positives outweigh any negatives. And if the pest issue is taken care of there really wouldn't be any true negatives to speak of.

Wonderful classic and cosy getaway

Property was always clean and cute. The condo was as listed and had a great vibe. The location was very low key and private. At times we had the beach to ourselves. Ocean life was present. We saw dolphins all the time along with sea life. Highly recommend this property. You won’t regret it.
