Liz is a very welcoming young lady. A great host on arrival she had a bottle of wine, a few beer in the fridge and bottle water. The place was exceptional clean and comfortable. Other guest were respectful

Every thing was as expected as per the add on VRBO. Rooms were clean, great staff, but most of all it was peace and quite all around the units/pools. We are going to pass this on to our friends and family.

Great location

We really loved the location of the condo. The only negative is that the address is incorrect on the listing. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and many great restaurants.

Perfect central location!

We really enjoyed the Melon apartment. It had everything you needed.The only thing you need to be aware about is that you are going up 85 steps and up a hill. We knew this and actually enjoyed the hike.We could not use the pools due to them being cold, but we still relaxed and got some sunshine.I would highly recommend this property.We met some really great People.Thanks Liz for sharing your property.people while at the property.

Peaceful paradise!

We loved our 2 week stay! The unit was clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood. The views from the rooftop were beautiful, a perfect place to watch the sunsets. We were able to walk everywhere. Beach, Malecon, restaurants and shopping are within a few blocks. We’re planning to return next year! Definitely worth the hike up hill a couple of blocks and then climbing 85 stairs up to the property! Thank you, Liz and Juan!

Awesome outdoor space and views

Amazing views from the rooftop. See the entire bay and enjoy the sunsets. Could actually see whales breaching from the roof. 2 pools are small but having 2 meant there was always good privacy. Each pool had it's own shaded couch area which was pretty cool. Another 2 patio areas separate from the pools meant there was always a great place to read a book and relax. Apartment is nice. Great breeze in the bedroom so no need for AC when I visited in late Feb/early March. Caution- VRBO provides the wrong address. Property manager sends a separate email with proper address. So just follow that and you'll be fine.

Breath Taking View

Liz is a great communicator! Her place was even nicer than the pictures. The view is incredible. There were so many places to hang out outside and enjoy the view and the sun. She even arranged an in-home massage for us. We’ll be back!
