The apartment is cozy and suitable for accommodating up to four people. It features two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed, a parota wood wardrobe, and a 55-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other platforms.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes utensils, plates, glasses, wine glasses, salt, sugar, coffee, and other essentials.

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels, and beach towels.

The apartment is well-lit and located just five short blocks from Playa Camarones—about a 7-minute walk away.

The apartment is situated on the first basement level (one level down the main entrance stairs), and the building is located on the corner of a steep street.

The building entrance and rooftop terrace are shared areas; therefore, while the apartment itself is completely private, guests are asked to keep the building's main entrance door closed.

Excellent apartment and only a few minutes walk to the beach and not far from the Romantic Zone (3 Uber), or 10 to 15 minute walk. Gilberto was a great host and the place is super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. The pool is not large but a nice place to cool off and the view from it is lovely of the ocean. The neighborhood is safe and has several restuarants and shops close by. We would rent again!
