We feel so lucky to have found this place!

If we could give Terrie and her property 10 stars we would!! The house was immaculately clean, spacious and well appointed. You can literally just drive up and settle in. Everything we could have needed was already provided, including little extras that I'd asked about before we arrived, which was so appreciated!! She even gave us some amazing recommendations for shopping, restaurants and activities!The location is ultra convenient, being close to both downtown and Decatur. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and neighbors were very friendly. We felt very safe here, and thanks to Terrie's kind heart and hospitality, very welcome too. She is the best! I can't say how great this entire experience was enough. We would stay here again and again.

My dad, brother and I had a great time staying at here and would definitely recommend anyone to book this place. Terrie was a lovely host and available for anything we needed. The next time I stay in Atlanta, I will definitely want to book this place again!

Would stay here again!

I’ve rented several homes to avoid hotels, and typically won’t even consider one that doesn’t have at least 10 reviews, but I took a shot on this home. The interior is beautiful, fresh, and just as pictured! Everything was incredibly clean, and there is storage galore. The kitchen is fully stocked if you wanted to cook, but we only cooked breakfast so that we could enjoy some of the awesome restaurants in ATL. The location is perfect for touring all parts of Atlanta. We were just minutes from everything! There was mention about the neighborhood in another review, so I wanted to elaborate if it gave anyone hesitation. My experience has been in all big cities, if you want to be near attractions, you will always find that there are high end homes, low end homes, and everything in between before your odometer even changes in your car. We never felt unsafe, neighbors waved when driving down the street or pulling into the driveway. Overall it was a great stay, and Terrie’s rates are so reasonable it would have been crazy to pay more and stay in a hotel. If heading back to Atlanta area we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was better than presented online. We had a couple of issues that Terri took care of immediately and even stopped by to make sure everything was okay. The neighborhood seemed a little iffy, but we never felt unsafe and would stay there again because of it's location. Terri was a great host!

The house is newly remodeled. We enjoyed our stay. It’s a convenient location in Atlanta. Publix is near by. The rooms are spacious. Definitely we will visit the Pounce City Market again. Thank you for sharing your house with our family!

This House has it All!

This house is lovely! Super clean, tastefully furnished, centrally located nestled inside a great neighborhood. What more could you ask for but a wonderful welcoming owner....well we had that too! I will definitely stay here again!

OMG! YOU CANNOT BEAT OUR LOCATION - try! Our home is within 5-15 minutes of every major highway in the City & almost every major attraction, numerous great restaurants, shopping malls/plazas, sports venues, universities, etc., in Atlanta! Only 15-minutes from the world's busiest Airport! The neighborhood is charming, quiet, and the neighbors are like family and very helpful. Walk to Publix for groceries!

What makes this property unique

Home is very clean and comforting! You can drive to most popular attractions or locations within 5-20 minutes, or feel free to Uber/Lyft around town. Uber Eats, GrubHub, DoorDash easily available in our quaint neighborhood.
