Beachside Townhouse PCB is a gulf front (beachfront) vacation townhouse located in Beachside Townhomes on the worlds most beautiful beach with amazing sugar white sandy beach, dazzling turquoise water and spectacular sunsets. Great location at Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Less than a mile to Pier Park. Pier Park has over 120 stores and restaurants for your shopping, entertainment, and dining. (IMAX theater, Dave & Busters, Tootsies, 5 Guy Burgers, Margaritaville, Texas Road House just to name a few.) Winn Dixie grocery store, liquor store, CVS Pharmacy is across the street. Fresh fish market, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and several others in short walking distance.

We are less than 20 minutes (15 miles) from Northwest Florida International Airport (ECP). You can see the pier at Pier Park from the deck off the back of the unit, great views, fishing, as well as fireworks displays several times a year. Some of the area entertainment includes Frank Brown Park, Aaron Basset Park, Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe it or not, Wonderworks Museum, dog races, parasailing, boating and fishing. "Dolphin Waves" has 1800 square feet of spacious living with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit sleeps 9 in three bedrooms, Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed; 2nd Bedroom - 1 King size bed ; the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and a twin with trundle);

Kitchen is fully equipped, unit has full size washer and dryer.
- All bedrooms have flatscreen smart TVs and one in the living room. All TVs are connected through youtubetv for live channels and unit does provide internet and WiFi.

Best View!

The gulf view is unbeatable!We found it easy to walk to stores and restaurants, but when the road construction is finished it will be even easier.

Pcb unit 10

Parking was terrible. You had to park on an encline with no room to back your vehicles up. If anyone parks at an angle you cannot move your vehicle. Ongoing road construction an issue coming in from one direction due to workers not havingnproper signage for pulling into unit. Absolutely no privacy on the back back porch/balcony area. The downstairs bedrooms had sand in the bed, so the linens were not changed in that room prior to arrival. Mold in some areas and damp odor. No potholders in kitchen area for cooking. Overall not a terrible rental for September. The convenience of walking to the beach a short distance most definitely a huge plus.

Excellent Location!

We enjoyed our week here. The host is very professional and responds quickly. The property is in a great location and has 2 designated parking spaces which is so convenient. The beach is beautiful and only steps away. We enjoyed relaxing on the covered patio.

Perfect Spot

30 sec walk to beach. Close to everything, basically walking distances. Only thing would change is privacy drop blinds on each side of back deck.

Simply Perfect

We have stayed in different properties in PCB the last six years and this year by far was one of the best. This was our first time staying on the west end so we had to adjust our annual routine as we figured out our proximity to our favorite spots and discovered new ones. Dolphin Waves is perfectly situated to get everywhere reasonably. We had plenty of room for 7 adults. The covered deck was a pleasant hangout spot all week. From it, we could be on the beach within a minute or two. Because these townhomes are connected, the beach is pretty much occupied just by those who are staying in them. While we didnt cook, the kitchen is stocked better than anywhere we have ever stayed. Communication with Kirthiga was wonderful from the day before we arrived to reminders throughout the week. It is obvious in the little details that the management team cares about the experience for their guests and we will definitely be considering staying here again next year. Thank you for sharing a little piece of heaven with us for the week.

Review of Dolphin Waves

The best thing about the property is that there is no public access around it so we had the beach to ourselves along with only the other people staying in the other condos in the unit. The beach was out the back door which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that the back porch was covered. The things that were not good: 1. Mildew and mold odor especially upstairs. There was obvious water damage in the ceiling of the living area. The lights have black around them like there has been fire damage. 2. The sofa sectional on the back porch had sand fleas pretty bad… needs to have a tall table with chairs so you can see over the deck and not something with cushions where the fleas can live. 3. The construction are condo was bad and it was hard to get in and out. 4. Only 2 parking places which was not good for us 5. The living area needs more seating…. At least a few more comfortable chairs While we did like some things about it we will not return to this condo as for the price it had too many issues and problems.

Perfect Getaway

The property location is perfect with easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed being able to cook several meals during our stay. Winn Dixie is within walking distance if you need anything, as are restaurants and Pier Park. Although there were only two of us, the layout is perfect for families with children. The owner is very responsive and communication is easy from booking, to check-in and departure. With all the comforts of homes, we can't wait to go back!

Family Beach Getaway

We loved the location! The outdoor deck was fantastic with comfortable seating and nice shading from the pergola. The owner was advised that the outdoor grill did not work. Also, the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker did not work. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent place to stay!

The check in process was smooth. Our room was super clean and the property manager was easy to contact. The patio furniture was upgraded in the balcony when we got there and had a sectional couch and chair which were much more comfortable.

Perfect for the Family

Great location! Aside from the street construction the house was in a great place to nearby food, entertainment and THE BEACH! The pergola out back was perfect for lounging and views of the Beach and water. Inside was nice and roomy with comfy beds to accompany the whole family .

Nice Place, Good Location

Our two families had a nice stay here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently arranged and nicely furnished. The mattresses are fantastic, very comfortable. Easy access to beach. Beach wasn't crowded in this area. Very close to grocery and fish market.

Beautiful property. Only problem was the oven didn’t work all week. Owner refunded me for the trouble and oven replaced. She was very responsive to my questions. We’ll most definitely go back.

A few short steps to paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. Walking right out onto the beach was amazing. The only issues we had were a missing towel bar in one of the bathrooms was sitting in the windowsill instead of being fixed and a few of the bulbs from the under the cabinet lights were laying on the counter when we arrived. They were minor things that did not detract from our stay but could have been taken care of prior to our arrival. I did take photos so as not to have any issues upon check out. It definitely wasn’t anything that we needed to contact management for. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Family Vacation

We have stayed in these townhomes before and this one did not disappoint. We love these units and would recommend them. I would suggest to the owner to replace the sliding glass door on the back as it has no lock and when it rains the bottom track holds water on the inside. The light plate for the kitchen and dining room needs replacing, as there is a hole that small kids would be prone to stick their finger in. The towel rack in the downstairs bedroom bathroom was broken when we arrived and also needs replacing. There was an easy work around for that as there was a hook on the back of the door. We do love these townhomes as it is right on the beach and not crowded.
