We include a pass to Florida State Parks including Delnor-Wiggins beach for our guests to use during their stay.

It was our first time to Naples and this place was the perfect home to come home to! They had umbrellas and bikes (no locks though...) a very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood! Would stay here again!

WONDERFUL STAY!!

We had a wonderful stay in Naples at this property! It was perfect for our group. We had 4 adults and a few kids and we had plenty of room! Anatoliy was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. Super close to the beach and loved having the umbrella and beach chairs available. The kids loved that there was a Roku stick available too!

Home was wonderful for family fun. Backyard was fun for children to run around. 2 bikes came in handy for beach travel. Home is close to the beach. Appreciated the chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the grandchildren. Owner was responsive to questions. Home is close to everything.

Vanderbilt beach close by!

Great location, really close to the beach, and the house is clean and prepared.

The house was a 10 minute walk to the beach and also really close to stores which was also a 10 minute walk. The house was very prepared for us in the way of having everything that we could think of, things as little as lighters and matches to things like bikes and beach chairs. So it really has everything you need to have a great time at the beach. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for one in Naples and would definitely come here again.

Great North Naples location

We’ve stayed here twice and can recommend it. The home is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Decor is dated but clean and functional. We were glad for the high chair and portable crib when our grandson visited with his parents. It’s a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Also close to lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s a busy area but the neighborhood itself is quiet. The owner is responsive to messages.

Another Stay in Naples Park!

This was our second annual visit to this property, so obviously we liked it enough to come back. The location is ideal for us as we like to be centrally located. Being in Naples Park means being not too far from many beaches and attractions. The home is very spacious and well equipped for a nice vacation. The lanai is a great place to relax and play games or read a book. The washer and dryer are a great perk. The beds are very comfortable. There are two bikes available, but we prefer to use the rental car to get around. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home itself was clean and comfortable. It could have used another comfortable chair in the living room. Two of our family members came down with the flu while there and had to stay around the house while recovering. It would have been nice to have more TV stations, but was adequate for the rest of us. We did have difficulty using the clothes washer as the knob was so hard to pull out.

Everything about the house was as good or better than expected. Im sure Anatoly knows this but when i tried to activate the ice maker it leaked fill water out of the mouth. So we had to keep in inactive fof our stay. Other than that, 5 star stay.

Lovely time in Naples Park

Naples Park is a great location and this home was well equipped for our vacation. We enjoyed Delnor Wiggins park as well as spending time on the lanai and in the small, private backyard. We could occasionally hear the neighbors through the fencing but it’s a quiet neighborhood overall, despite the large number of homes. We will be back!

Nice House for a medium size family or 3 couples.

We had.two couple stay for 5 nights. It was very comfortable. The house was very clean and nice. Maybe a little to much bedroom furniture in the master but wasn’t a big problem. Would differently stay at this house again.

Anatoly was wonderful. Got back to us right away if we had any questions. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and if the opportunity comes up in the future we would stay again. Property had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Well stocked with everything you needed for trips to the beach, including towels, chairs, and boogie boards . Also included was a pass to Florida state parks which we used on several occasions. Thanks again to Anatoly for making our stay stress free.
