Newly remodeled and 5 mins from Vanderbilt Beach, the Ritz Carlton, and the famous Delnor Wiggins State Park. Check out the bird sanctuaries, catch a glimpse of the manatees, or parasail at Vanderbilt Beach. The front room is set up as a peaceful space (see pics). A masseuse will come and setup for a personal massage. Info at the house. Walk to Whole Foods, yoga, coffee, the movie theater, juice and smoothie bar, etc. One of a kind.

Stephen was a great host with great communication. The house is gorgeous and spacious; even more so the we expected from the pictures. The house was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The location is central to all things Naples and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed morning walks each day and even made some coffee shop stops along the way. Excellent vacation spot!

Great place for a big family

Our family (7 adults) had a great stay. Bedrooms were great and comfortable. Great living room area and dining room. Nice patio. Good parking. Steven was a great host. We had a little issue where a circuit breaker popped and he got back to us immediately and we were able to fix it in 3 minutes. Saved the day.

We had a great experience! The property is very updated. The kitchen was wonderful, the huge island was very convenient for food prepping! The beds were very comfortable, every bedroom also had a fan. We had a great stay here! Would for sure recommend!

This house was perfect for 4 guys on a golf trip. It was located in a convenient location to get to multiple courses in the area. It was also 5 minutes to the Mercato and less than 20 minutes from 5th Avenue.

Peaceful stay

Pictures are true to the house. Lots of nice personal touches, such as real house plants. The kitchen has everything you would need. The house is very cozy, with big comfy beds for a great night's sleep. Lots of pillows and blankets. Quiet neighborhood in a great location.

Renter Beware!!

Be very wary of this owner/property. After not hearing anything from the owner two days before check-in I reached out for code for front door, any other details. The owner quickly responded saying they had a tree down, power was out and had to cancel the rental. What??? We drove by the following morning , power was on garbage cans in driveway, everything looked fine. Went there two days later and a car was in driveway with AL plates lights on, everything fine. Clearly he rented it to someone else or had friends/family stay there. In the meantime I spent hours with VRBO customer service who put us in a crappy hotel for two days and then a house for the rest of the week that was just ok and cost more! Huge hassle to get the difference in costs refunded. Bottom line I think this owner was dishonest and if there was a problem it was minor and was clearly resolved in time for someone else to stay there, probably for more money. Or he didn’t realize he rented it to two different people! Super annoyed, ruined our vacation!
