This gorgeous renovation is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a private retreat area with additional beds. The old world style wine cellar is ready to stock your favorites while staying, and the cozy bar area next door to enjoy them in. Upstairs bath includes large jacuzzi tub. New deck tucked under the canopy of trees with large wooded backyard. Deck has large bench seating with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with open island and dining space. Two rooms on main floor: 2 bunk beds sleep 4 and 2 twin beds, two rooms upstairs with a queen each, full sleeper sofa in basement bar room area, and private retreat area in basement with king bed - sleeps 12. Smart TVs with 1000Mbps WiFi.

House is convenient to I- 65 and I-24, just slightly south east of downtown Nashville by 10-15 minutes, 5-10 minutes from Brentwood and Berry Hills, and 10 minutes from the airport.

Parking below deck for two cars, bottom of driveway for 4 cars, and two parking spaces off top part of drive.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of gray/black towels to wash, and put all used sheets in front of washer. Please leave comforters on beds for housekeeping to attend to later.
Please make sure all trash is in the brown bin positioned at the top of the street for pickup. Thank you!
Please wash any pots/pans separately that do not go in the dishwasher. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes, no smoking home, no pets, no parties at home. Heat use 60*-73* and AC 68*-75*. Portable AC in master must be 2ft from the wall.
ID verification required(Superhog), 25 year old min., signed rental agreement, Superhog to provide option for $35 waiver or $500 deposit for booking.
Checkout:Start load of sheets(comforters on beds for cleaners), start dishwasher, take out trash to bin at top of drive, AC to 72*/heat to 68*.

Handles bigger groups amazingly well

This clean, bright, and nicely-decorated home has ample bedroom, common-areas, and parking space for a larger group. And this is not even including the lovely deck, which we couldn’t use due to rain. The owner was nice to work with, easy check-in & -out. Lots of fluffy towels and closet space, well-stocked kitchen. A few squeaky floors and close to the airport, but also close to everything we needed. Our group was very glad to be able to stay here!

The house worked great for our needs. Lots of room to spread out and feel like everyone had their own space when needed. We enjoyed relaxing and catching up on the back deck. Host always got back to me right away. House is about 10-15 drive to downtown, Opryland, and the airport.

The location was good. Just a 10 or 20 minute car ride to outlet mall, downtown Franklin, and Nashville. We spent a lot of time at the House... it was comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. Thank you!

Wedding adventure

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here for five days. This house clean and accommodated 10 of us very comfortably. The location was great. A short uber ride to downtown, the airport and Brentwood. Nice quiet neighborhood. We totally recommend it.

A wonderful cozy place for family and friends. Great location just minutes away from everything Nashville!
