This newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths,and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. This home is centrally located and convenient to the Chatham's vast selection of shops, dining, and recreational opportunities. With over 2,200 sq. ft of living space set on a private level lot of almost a half-acre, the home provides plenty of space for friends and family. A warm and inviting first floor includes an open concept kitchen with dining area, pantry, sunroom, large living room with built-ins, first floor master suite, and half bath. The second floor has 2 substantially sized bedrooms, a family room and a new full bath. This home comfortably sleeps 8 and has a pull out couch on the upstairs family room. There is a large deck that is great for entertaining!
