The property was charming and the location was very private. Very large living room. The bedrooms were spread out so we all had privacy. Spotlessly clean! Excellent location one block off the main highway and a short walk to the beach. There were some minor things regarding linens such as: only one pillow and only one bath towel per guest and no washcloths. we had a wonderful time.

This property is exactly as presented and is a great vacation home. We would definitely return if and when the opportunity arises. Mark was very quick to respond to the few instances that I needed assistance. It was very reassuring to know that he would be responsive if needed. Overall it was an excellent stay at this very nice home.

The downstairs was the perfect sized space to hang out with our entire family. Plenty of seating area, the dining room accommodated all 8 of us and the kitchen was a good size too. The house was very clean and welcoming. Not to nitpick, but the kitchen pans were well worn and should be replaced. The loft area was spacious, but needed shades on the windows as the sun rose around 4:30am! The backyard was spacious and usable. Access to beach chairs and the umbrella was a plus and the walk to the beach was easy. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend this beach house.

Mark's house was the perfect home base for our friend's Cape Cod wedding! It was in an ideal location close to Main Street Chatham, a minute from the beach, and felt like our own private slice of New England charm :) Mark was super quick to communicate if we had any questions which made us feel comfortable right away. We loved the outdoor shower, screened-in room for morning coffee, and clean bathrooms that felt new. No notes! Would love to come back for another summer getaway soon
