Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in a modern complex on a beautiful sandy beach in Aguada. The condo has an open concept with a dining room table for 6 and a kitchen that has all new kitchen ware including coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The master bedroom is enormous with a dressing area and a huge walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, each bedroom has it's our air conditioner. The living room is spacious and welcoming also with an air conditioner for your convenience. The patio is extra large since it is the corner unit and has lots of space to relax. The pool is sparkling clean and inviting, large enough for lap swimming but also has a zero entry for the small kids. The pool has a deep end for the big kids to play and 2 smaller pools for gathering with a drink or for the smaller children to safely enjoy. There is plenty of green space and a covered gazebo which allows you to enjoy pool activities while taking a break from the sun. The area around the pool is perfectly landscaped and the whole complex is well maintained and modern. The ocean is just a few steps past the pool, it is a beautiful stretch of beach. You can walk for miles in each direction while looking for sea glass or sea creatures or shells. The ocean in front of our condo has a slow gradual slope with a sandy bottom, perfect for swimming. Our storage closet in the hallway has items for many beach adventures, including 3 boogie boards, skim board, snorkel gear, beach chairs, noodles, sand toys, coolers, and balls.
This condo offers a spacious living area with an elevator, huge patio, air conditioning, and cistern. You will never have your water rationed in this condo. It offers a huge pool, much larger than most complexes and the most beautiful stretch of beach. Across the street from the complex is Rancho Carbon Express, the famous chicken and rib food truck. A visit to western Puerto Rico is not complete without filling up on their tasty food, and it is just across the street.
Aguada is located on western Puerto Rico and is famous for its beautiful beaches and world class surfing. There are incredible restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. The Rincon Art Walk on Thursdays and the Rincon Farmers Market on Sundays are not to be missed.
