This two-bedroom villa features 2 Queen beds in bedroom one and 2 Queen beds in bedroom two, each with a spacious bathroom attached. This unit is accessible by stairs only; no elevator in the building.

All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Dirty! I do NOT recommend this unit to anyone.

Toilets were gross/dirty. Had to go purchase cleaning supplies upon check in so we could clean the toilets ourselves.. Floors weren’t vacuumed and were dirty with no vacuum in the unit, so we had to wear flip flops at all times because… gross. Dirty linens from prior renters sat at the bottom of the stairs outside during our entire stay. Bare bones amenities in the unit. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We stayed in another unit in the same complex that was amazing.

Great place

Great place to stay. Close to the beach. Just a great location. Only thing I did not like was the room was on the top floor with no elevator. Lol.
