Just awesomeMy husband and I loved staying here, the second time. We had a fantastic time, enjoyed sitting on the balconies and enjoyed the view. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo is fully equipped with everything yuo need cook yuor own meal. We definitely hope to stay again.And thank you for the little welcome gift.

GREAT condo, Walking distance and super roomy

We had a great time, used the patio, walked to dinner/town. Could walk to the lake but with heavy coolers and chairs it was an easy 2 min drive. Highly recommend staying here!

I love being in the heart of Sandpoint, and close to everything! I got to visit my son & host a little dinner for a couple family friends with TakeOut from City Beach Organics. Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market for music and local food & art. Sunday morning I attended Ecstatic Dance Class. Plus, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee is the best!

This place is right on the water with two decks to choose from. It is also right downtown where all the shopping and dining is at. It was super quiet, the parking spot is directly by the door and perfectly clean. We were welcomed with some nice music, sparkling water and even a bottle of wine. It was also walking distance to a huge beach and play ground. It doesn’t get any better than this! Can’t wait to stay when we come back!!

The condo is all this and more! If you want to experience downtown Sandpoint - this property can't be beat. It is beautifully put together and a quick walk to all things downtown. Such a great experience!
