Downtown Sandpoint Lakeside Condo

We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.

Amazing! Super cozy space, feels safe, view of waterway, close to downtown, and relaxing space. The bed was super comfortable. And having so many items in the kitchen was super helpful.

Love this condo! Equipped with everything we needed. Steps from the lake, easy paddle board or kayak access. Very easy walk to town or city beach. Lots of great restaurants and shops very close by.

The condo was clean, quiet, had a pool close to the freeway. Excellent fishing spot close to town to all the restaurants. I would recommend it

Awesome location in Sandpoint close to all amenities great for walking to the beach. Place was awesome very clean lots of activities to do around the area. Amy was for communication and very responsive. Definitely will use again.

Very cute condo in the perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location for my stay in Sandpoint. It's an easy walk to town and the lake is literally right out the door. I will definitely be staying again.

Very cozy little condo right on the water. With a nice deck to sit on and drink yoir morning coffee. There's a big tree with great shade to watch the wild life on the river.

Great location!

We loved everything about our stay! I was particularly impressed with the well stocked kitchen! In past rentals, I’ve found meal prep challenging with the utensils available. Here I had everything I needed and more! Thank you!

Just a few blocks from downtown, with restaurants and shops, but quiet enough to decompress.

5 day trip to Sandpoint/Schweitzer

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate, the unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location to downtown was great and short drive to skiing.
