This charming, clean and bright condo is located on Sand Creek overlooking the Sandpoint Marina - RIGHT in the heart of downtown Sandpoint. Located on the second floor with a secured entrance and one covered parking spot, you'll enjoy the views of Sandpoint Marina, Sand Creek and yes, be a short walk to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Sandpoint. Large glass windows, a fully appointed kitchen, two private bedrooms and a large full bath. This condo is tastefully decorated with a gorgeous gas fireplace and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your time in Sandpoint any time of year. In summer, you'll spend your days outside and your evenings either out to eat or using the barbeque on the private lanai. Winter time, Schweitzer Mountain is just 30 minutes away or explore the many parks, shopping and spas in our area. Sandcreek Loft is ideal for a family, couple, executives (high speed internet provided) and all who love a central location and a clean, bright, well cared for home. Nice unit with everything you need. Very clean, updated and furnished well. Great central location. Easy to walk to restaurants, farmers market, city beach, etc. Great layout for a small family. Could use a few beach towels.

Perfect location for a winter vacation!

We had a great time staying in the Sandcreek lofts. It it is right off the Main Street with great proximity to downtown dining and activities. We stayed here while skiing at Schweitzer and, while being in the mountain would be amazing, it was a quick drive up each morning and then we could come back to town for a great selection of restaurants and breweries.

Perfect Sandpoint Location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! This apartment was beautiful, modern, clean, and located in the heart of Sandpoint! Our kids loved watching the boats and had a blast at City Beach! I greatly appreciated how well the house was stocked with basic hygiene and kitchen cleaning items. We definitely hope to stay again! Thank you for sharing your space with our family!

Perfect weekend stay

Check in and checkout process was seamless. Apartment is really nice and in a great location. Walkable to all of the restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Beautiful sunrise and view of the mountains and water from the balcony. Very comfy beds. Air conditioner is a little noisy and elevator didn’t always work. Overall great stay!

Lovely properly in a great location!

We were in town for a class reunion and loved the access to city beach (walk along the marina to the bridge) and easy stroll downtown for coffee and restaurants! Highly recommend!

Unbeatable location

Perfect location...within walking distance to all of downtown Sandpoint's restaurants, shops, City Beach and marina. Very functional layout, which makes it feel more spacious than the square footage would otherwise indicate. Comfotable eating nook and small balcany offer great views of the marina, so you can watch all the boats come and go from Sand Creek into the lake. The unit was adequately stocked with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish & hand soap, laundry detergent pods, coffee filters, basic condiments, etc. The beds were VERY comfortable and our 7 yo twins loved the generously-sized bunk bed. It's a "3rd floor" unit (out of 4), but only requires one flight of stairs due to the building's slope. There's also an elevator, but we rarely used it. I highly recommend this unit for couples and small families.

Perfect spot

My son attend University of Montana. We came out to vacation with him this summer. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Clean, great layout and perfect spot. We were out during the day, but at night stayed in and played cards. Beds were confirms, bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was awesome. Response was very quick when we had questions!!! I would highly recommend this place!

Great Condo in a great location

We stayed here for a long ski weekend at Schweitzer. The condo was clean and accurately described in the listing. It was an easy walk to all the restaurants in downtown Sandpoint.

Great Spot for exploring Sandpoint

We have friends that live in Sandpoint so this is a good location to get any where in a few minutes. I really like to cook. The kitchen is very well equipped and the small BBQ on the deck is also great. It's very comfortable for a couple of adults. We spent our days exploring the lake and Mt Schweitzer.

Great Sandpoint getaway

Great girls trip getaway...

Location was perfect - within walking distance to great food and shopping. 20 minute drive to the slopes. The condo had everything we could need - well stocked and clean. Would highly recommend.
