Great location to explore white mountains

Great location right off the kancamangus highway. Convenient to Franconia notch attractions. Very nice updated kitchen and master bath and comfortable king bed in master.

Our Favorite Place to Stay in NH

We returned to this condo again for our annual long weekend away in Lincoln! We love staying in this unit- it’s clean, updated and has everything we need for our stay! We have plenty of space and its location is perfect for all of our day trips! The owner is easy to get ahold of and we’ve always had a great experience! This was our third time in this unit and hope to continue this tradition!

Wonderful stay

I booked this property hoping it was going to be big enough since we had 4 kids ages 7-13. We were very happy and had plenty of space to relax after a busy day. I love the layout and we all had a wonderful time.

Weekend getaway with family!

This was our second time staying at this rental and we had a fantastic time! The unit is perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids under age 6) and a set of grandparents! Plenty of space for everyone and the perfect place to relax after a day of activities at Clark’s Bears, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods and visiting the Mount Washington Hotel! Looking forward to coming back next year!

Wonderful vacation condo

We had a wonderful long Columbus Day weekend at this beautiful condo. The owner,Steve, could not have been more helpful, and even came over to help us with TV remote when we asked how to use it. The condo is beautifully furnished. Beds are clean and comfortable. We were able to cook in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoy meals in the spacious dining area. We would definitely love to stay again.

Wonderful Home

This is our second time staying at this wonderful townhome in Lincoln. It is a great location just outside of Lincoln across from Loon and is exactly like the photos. Our family of 4 finds it to be a great home away from home for a 10 day stay. Has plenty of room and all the kitchen amenities we needed. We enjoy sitting on the deck listening to the rain on rainy days. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

Even though the weather was not the best, we really enjoyed our stay at this rental in Lincoln. We had freinds stay with us and the layout worked great. Master bedroom upstairs, living and kitchen middle level and more bedrooms and second bathroom on the lower level. The lower level wasn't a basement at all and had a great view. The host was very responsive to all my questions. We plan on returning next year.

Lovely Location, but needs some TLC

We were a bit disappointed by this stay. Although the unit appears nice, there was a strong smell of mildew on the lower level where two of the bedrooms were located. My kids said it was hard for them to stay there because of the smell. We questioned whether the sheets had been changed as we found a hand sanitizer left behind in one of the beds. There were multiple spider webs and live bugs in this unit as well as an ant nest under the walkway. Towels need replacing. There were no hand towels or face cloths. Place needs a deep clean. There is no air conditioning, which would normally be fine in the mountains. Unfortunately, temperatures during our stay were in the 80s and many windows in this unit didn’t open. It was very hard to be comfortable even using fans. Many lightbulbs needed to be changed. Chairs at dining table have loose backs. Overall, the unit needs attention and a deep clean. Location is the best feature of this particular listing. We felt like we were “Glamping” instead of staying in a condo.

Good times in NH

We stayed for 4 nights here and had a great time with my family. Highly recommend. cellphone reception was very spotty so, few providers like AT&T might not work here.

Good Experience

Owner was awesome with communications. Place was a bit low on supplies like dishwashing tablets, toilet paper and the fireplace remote and tv remote required batteries which we were lucky enough to have brought. Main bed really comfortable, smaller queen down stairs not very comfortable. Fireplace is gas not real wood and the unit does not come with use of the pool. this was noted in the description but we didn't see it until a few days prior to our visit. Traffic was the worst we've seen in the area due to the holiday but the Octoberfest across the street was lots of fun at no cost except if you want beer and food.

Great time!

Loved this location, so many great restaurants nearby like El Charro and One Love brewery. Loon is right across the street and this condo is pretty central to other white mountain attractions. There is no a/c but we could only feel that on the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Everything was clean. We enjoyed putting together one of their puzzles in the evening. They also have a variety of movies. We would stay here again!

Mountain and Family Time

Property descriptions and owner communication from previous reviews are accurate. Party of 6 (mom, dad, kids 4 & 2, grandparents) stayed comfortably. Excellent central location to many activities, hikes, shopping, breweries. Equal driving distance to Story Land and Santa's Village. Highly recommend this property and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great place!

Wonderful spot! We brought our grandsons and it was close to Clark’s bears. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The layout was great as well. The host, Steve, was very responsive with any questions I had.

Excellent Place to Stay!

This property was centrally located to a lot of hiking and recreational activities in the area. The condo had everything we needed for the week, and was very comfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful. Lincoln was a nice town, and we were able to get just about everything we needed for the week there, including an emergency brake repair on a Saturday. The White Mountains are amazing with almost unlimited hiking options. Be aware that the condo does not have A/C, but we wouldn't have even used it for about 7 of the 9 days we were there. We would stay here again anytime and I would highly recommend this rental and area to anyone visiting the Whites!

Wonderful Home

We stayed for 10 nights at this wonderful end unit townhome with our two kids (age 3 and 5). The home was clean, bright, and exactly as pictured. 5 minutes outside of downtown Lincoln and a perfect spot to spend the day in the Notch or drive across the Kancamagus. We appreciated the updated decor and having a nice place to relax and listen to the river after being out all day. Look forward to a future visit!
