Deer Park River View Condo

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo (second floor/end unit) sits directly on the beautiful Pemigewasset River. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and attached master bath. The bunk room accommodates 4 and shares a bath with the other bedroom which has a full bed. The open concept living area contains a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV with cable (and DVD player), a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer. Sliding doors lead to a deck that overlooks the river.
Deer Park is a private resort community that offers beautifully maintained grounds, a 5-acre lake with beach for swimming and fishing, tennis and basketball courts, nature trail, playground and stunning views of the White Mountains. The clubhouse offers many amenities which include an indoor heated pool, hot tub, racquetball, volleyball, sauna, pool table, ping-pong and weight/cardio rooms.

There was no AC in the unit and it was extremely hot. It was a lot smaller than expected. There was only a few rolls of toilet paper. The washer would not pump out water. It would turn on but wouldn’t cycle.

Wonderful stay. Unit was as advertised. Everything was clean and well equipped, nice appliances, electronics, etc. Host was friendly and responsive. Location and amenities at Deer Park were perfect for our stay. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation here and enjoyed the beautiful view of the river. Everything was exactly as listed and we had plenty of space for the 8 of us. Convenient location to everything and all the amenities were an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location easy to get to restaurants, attractions. So clean. The only downside is during our stay the upstairs guests were very loud at night. But in general, we had a great experience. The host is very flexible for our checkin time which helped a lot.

Wonderful place

My family had a quick getaway for a couple days. The condo was the perfect home base for all our activities. The condo offered the perfect place to rest from the days activities. Beautiful balcony that made morning coffee oh so fantastic while listening to the river. The condo was just as pictured and the host where great to work with! We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent property!

This place was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The setting by the brook was charming. We delighted in sitting out on the deck. This was during Fall colors and they were gorgeous. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful, spacious condo.

The condo was perfect! a wonderful view of the stream while sitting on the deck. Perfect for morning coffee! This place is great for a small family or larger group. Wonderful hosts. They made sure we had exactly what we needed. We referred to their "instruction manual" several times! Would definitely rent again from them when in the North Woodstock area.

Great Place to Stay

My family and another family that are our closest friends stayed at this property while attending the New Hampshire Highland Games. The location was perfect, very close to the Loon Mountain resort where the games were taking place, with a shuttle bus stop right at the end of the road. There were four children in the group, and they loved the bunkbeds. The adults enjoyed the open living and dining area, the balcony, and the view of the river right out back. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Check in and check out were nice and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and would definitely consider staying here again!
