Amplio condominio en el tercer piso de Deer Park con terraza con vista al río Pemigewasset. El aclamado complejo ofrece servicios muy bien cuidados, como un centro de recreación / fitness, canchas de racquetball, piscina cubierta y jacuzzi, taquillas / duchas, playa de arena en un estanque cristalino y patinaje sobre hielo al aire libre. Servicio de transporte de esquí gratuito a Loon Mt. te recoge y te entrega puerta a puerta durante los meses de esquí los fines de semana y días festivos. A poca distancia del centro de la ciudad de North Woodstock y la mayoría de las comodidades a lo largo de la Rte 112 en Lincoln.

Dormitorio principal con una cama queen y baño privado, 1 cama queen en la habitación del frente y 2 literas para dormir 4 personas en la habitación de atrás compartiendo un baño conjunto. Such a wonderful property. We really enjoyed our stay there for our guys annual weekend snowboard trip. Highly recommend staying here. And the Donkey Kong machine was such an added bonus!

Super cute and clean

This was a great place for our group! The kids had their own room that they loved, tons of board games and blocks for the kids and the adults loved the view and the donkey Kong. Super clean and such a cozy place for our winter weekend getaway.

We had a great 6-night stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, and fully equipped. The kids loved the bunk beds, the Donkey Kong arcade machine, and the board games. We appreciated the balcony overlooking the Pemi river.The location was also just what we were looking for. It was a quiet 5 minute walk to the Deer Park resort rec center with pool and lakeside beach, and an easy 5 minute drive to restaurants in Lincoln and Woodstock. We also discovered the back way into Cascade Park and had a nice time cooling off in the river there. It was a great base for our activities in Franconia State Park, up the Kancamagus Highway, and at Mount Washington. We hope to return soon!

A perfect home away from home!
