En suite room Demaria is located on the ground floor of a traditional stone house from the 18th century, first row to the waterfront and 20 meters from the sea. Just a few steps away is Komuna, a stone tower, the symbol of Komiža.
The building was renovated in 2017 according to the highest conservator standards, using natural materials.
The room was decorated in 2019.
Demaria room is newly renovated and has its own bathroom. The room is equipped with TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, fridge.
In front of the room is a small terrace with table and chairs, which is available to guests.
The room has its own entrance .
The waterfront which is only a few steps away, offers range of bars, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias.
There is a beach Lučica just 100 meters from the apartment,safe for children, perfect for a family holiday.

Exactly what you want. Within a 5 and 10 minute walk to 2 beaches, the host is wonderful, you're right at the port and the room is clean and modern. The listing is very accurate and the pictures do it justice. Whatever you need is there, we didn't think we would be back but now we know we will.
