Everything was within walking distance and it was in the middle of the historic district so it was perfect.

Very nice condo with a perfect location. It was nice walking distance to so much! The off street parking was a huge bonus. Be careful walking from the garage to the house. The pavers on the patio are very uneven and can be treacherous in the dark. The beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was great! Having garage parking was a plus, although you can walk to most of the town. It was good to have a car if you want to explore farther out.

The location is perfect! Within walking distance of many things. Crystal Beer Parlor is right around the corner. Fantastic food especially the crab stew. Plus great beer,cocktails & staff. The Saturday Market at Forsyth Park is a must and only a few minutes walk away. The garage for car parking is truly a blessing. Everywhere in Savannah is pay to park. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The ground floor entrance is very nice.

The rental was awesome. I would recommend keeping some basic cleaning supplies, mop, broom, bucket and some cleaning detergent.

Great apartment. Very clean upon arrival and ample soap and supplies provided (we really appreciated the starter coffee, thanks!). Two roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice and well appointed kitchen. Well located for walking in the historic district. Plenty of room to stretch out. We’d definitely book this one again.

Not too far from Brought St, maybe a mile way. A lot of places are walking distance which is great. Property was nice, would say the shower was the only thing that annoyed me. The handle for the shower was very loose and it took quite a few turns to it on.

Was a great location for the 4 of us to enjoy Spring Break and discover Savannah. Approx 20 min walk to downtown.

Good location. Cooking options are limited. mid size SUV is a tight fit in the garage which blocks access to the courtyard. Garage is a shared space with neighbors.

The detached garage was nice to have, just a quick walk across the courtyard from the downstairs condo. I was really impressed with the quality of the toiletries provided, as well as the cookware and amenities. My friends and I enjoyed a very safe and comfortable stay!

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and garage parking are this property's best features. Several maintenance items need to be addressed. The courtyard is unusable. The door from the courtyard to your apartment is filthy, and the pavers are dangerously uneven. A screwdriver was left in the shower to turn on the faucet, which is broken. You have to tighten the screw to turn it on, and it leaks constantly. The dryer was not heating, so I called for service. It took them two days to come out and look at it, and when he did, he said he didn't have the tools to fix it and would come back. We never saw him again and had to take our clothes to the laundromat to rewash and dry. The carpet in one bedroom is terribly stained, and the other bedroom doesn't have very good window coverings on the door to the courtyard. There was a rotten apple on the living room floor. We didn't feel very safe because you don't change the entry code when you leave; it's the same code for everyone. The property doesn't look as clean or as inviting as the photos.

Location Great - House OK

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of the home was nice. Beds were comfortable. Ample towels etc. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I have seen in other rentals from pots/pans no blender, no cheese grater, no enough kitchen towels, etc. The outdoor courtyard is very dangerous as other reviewers have stated and it is not well kept at all. The pavers are literally sticking up very badly in one spot from garage to entrance of home. The door on the homes courtyard entrance is complete filth like it has never been cleaned. It is a shame because this courtyard could be so lovely and inviting but it is not. The location however is great. Walkable to everything in the historic district and close to the trolley stop and free shuttles. Right by Forsythe Park.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious and well appointed, albeit a tad dark and dated. The garage parking was very useful, and the location couldn't be better. One caveat: we contacted the management company twice (once about Wifi and then about the dryer) and never heard back, which was disappointing.

Great space in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this location. The proximity to Forsyth Park, City Market, and River Street was great for walking. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and we hope to stay here again in the future.
