Cette maison est située sur la propriété Shafer's Waterfront Resort située sur Dike Road, dans la vallée de Mojave, en Arizona. Notre station dispose de deux maisons 79306 et 1565718. Nous avons 2 ponts privés, et une rampe de bateau pour votre usage. Nous avons également une plage de sable fin; ainsi que d'une plage de gazon.

Nos propriétés sont situées de l'autre côté de la rivière par rapport à Needles, dans une communauté fermée. L'un de nos ponts se situe au-dessus de la rivière et l'autre se trouve juste à côté de notre plage de sable. Cette maison est à moins de 120 pieds de l'eau.

Shafer's Waterfront Resort a 120 pieds de front de rivière pour nos 2 locations. Les maisons sont réparties sur 2 lots, ce qui vous offre un grand parking pour tous vos bateaux et jouets.

Le quai a été démonté le 12 octobre 2019. Nous attendons la fabrication de notre nouveau quai pour le moment.

Cette maison a 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez 2 lits queen, 2 lits jumeaux, 2 lits pliants et un lit double. Les lits pliants et le matelas pneumatique sont conservés dans le dressing de la chambre principale.

Le canapé peut être utilisé comme un lit. Seulement si vous le recouvrez de draps. Des draps supplémentaires sont conservés dans chaque chambre pour votre commodité.

We had a large family group and the property had plenty of parking and room on the riverfront for our boats. The houses were clean and comfortable with plenty of towels, linens, etc. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you!

Awesome property and the location is amzaing

This house is 3 lots up from the Needles bridge. has its own launch ramp and beach. 4th time I have rented this home and the front unit too. Plenty of parking for multiple boats and trailers. The host is very accommodating.

Everything you need!

We loved staying at this property because it had everything you need. The house had all the basic essentials such as toilet paper, body wash, laundry detergent and kitchen utensils. The location is ideal for using our Sea Doos and so convenient to use the boat ramp every morning. The beach is nice and loved the little gazebo which provided shade when you need a break from the 100 degrees. We will definitely stay here again!!

From initial descriptions we thought we had the front house...later we found out we didnt have the river view. Price per day a little high for not having views. Overall a good experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I don't have enough words to describe the condition. The owner came back to the home twice and took pictures of people and cars on the property. She showed up at 4am and even opened the front door to look inside. She interfered with our use and enjoyment of the property. We got in at 5pm, and the listing says 1pm. The house was not cleaned, or vacuumed. I had to run the dishwasher and wipe down the frig myself. She had dogs in the home and didn't pickup dog poop. Her elderly parents used the restroom before they left, which is not sanitary. The deck was warn and a little girl fell through it, thankfully not hurt. The yard is overgrown and you cannot access the fire pit due to the weeds. The bugs are bad at night. There are no lights out on the grass/beach. There is no book for instructions on what they want done at checkout.

Danielle Fontenot, also known as, Danielle Giddings who is a practicing attorney at the Law Office of Paul Laskowski, Bullhead City, AZ. I rented 2 lovely homes on the Colorado River, located in Mohave Valley, AZ. On Friday night she had 30 people on our property. By Saturday, May 9th, I had over a half dozen neighbors contact me with complaints about a party taking place on our property. They were so concerned they sent me pictures of the yard and told me there were over 19 vehicles and 4 RV’s. One homeowner claimed to have counted a total of RV’s and 80 to 100 people on Saturday. We only allow 10 guest in our home. Not 100. And the deck was damaged due to Danielle removing the lounge chairs I had placed on the deck. It was not meant to be used as a dance floor for 20 plus people. Our homes are for family vacations and it is a breach of our rental contract to have more than 10 at any time. On the following morning, Monday, May 11th, check out day, I came by to walk the property and there where 8 cars parked outside house B and an additional 5 cars and 1 RV still parked outside house A. At that time, I took pictures and wrote down license plates numbers only. I DID NOT ENTER THE HOME. I sincerely recommend all rental agents to refuse the rental of their homes to Mrs. Danielle Giddings Fontenot in the future. I am extremely disappointed with Mrs. Giddings Fontenot’s breaking the laws of the state and local government and showing disrespect to other people’s property and breaching her rental agreement.

This was a perfect property for our extended family of water skiers. The house was very comfortable and clean with plenty of parking. Lots of room on the beach for our boats.

Nice property and location!

Property is nice and location is great as well. The check in information was not sent ahead of time, but we were able to get Barbara on the phone and we worked it out. Barbara was easy to work with and helpful.

We are a Mom & Pop place.

My grandfather, GuerdanTaylor purchased these two lots while Jack Shafer purchased the second lot down the river form my grandfathers. We have since sold the single lot after inheriting the two lots we are on now. The second house was built to assist with the payment of property taxes.

The Rental is only a few steps to the river and this home is behind the larger white house. Full beach access with all the amenities for boating and river enthusiasts. Private dock and launching site. Plus sand and grassy area for all to in Joy the river. (Our Home is on the River with the Rental nearest to the Dike Road.)
