Why they chose this property

Besides the wonderful location of this home, it is set up to set back and enjoy. The area is very quiet, and private. The back yard is south facing so this is plenty of sunshine and Florida warmth. Walking or biking is easy in this area due to sidewalks, parks and bike paths. During the season, say goodbye to the traffic in Naples because you can stay west of Route 41 the entire time, trust me, this location is wonderful.

Taken the time to purchase quality mattress, bedding, towels and all the misc. to ensure your comfort. Made sure that all the important things a vacation home should have are there.
