Tuscan-inspired, waterfront Villa # 417 at Lake Oconee in the private Cuscowilla Golf Resort. Located on Lake Oconee with boat docks directly behind the property. If you plan to use our boat slip, this MUST be pre-arranged with owner due to limited space. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. Easy access to the historical town of Madison and Greensboro, local shopping, restaurants and the Ritz Carlton.

At an additional cost, you have an option to add a 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath.

The main level has 2 bedrooms and a family room with a full kitchen. This unit is on single level and has 1500 sqft of indoor space and 480 sqft of deck and patio space overlooking lake Oconee and the boat docks behind the unit. In addition, this unit has 3 flat screen TVs, and 1 king and 2 queen size beds. Each bedroom has a full bath with granite counter tops.

This unit can be reserved as a 2 bedroom unit or part of the the entire building. Please see additional links for more information, property #787556 in VRBO system.

We want to make sure that we have great guests that stay with us, and we want to provide a great service. As part of this process, we strongly encourage that all guests have a 5-star VRBO guest rating.

Please carefully review Rental Agreement as Cuscowilla has some rules that must be followed.

For example:
This is a NON SMOKING unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars and marijuana inside or on the deck/balcony. Any evidence of smoking on this property will result in a $250 fine. Any evidence of marijuana will result the group’s immediate eviction from the property with no refund
