About this property

Secluded Lake Front Cabin - on Lake Hartwell, with Dock, Fenced Yard, Fire Pit.

Swim, fish, canoe, kayak, paddle boat and enjoy the lake from the dock. Roast marshmallows around the bonfire. Tugaloo Park is 1.5 miles away - enjoy the amenities - beach, tennis, picnic area, mega boat ramps with parking fee.

Rocking chairs on the screen porch with electric fireplace over look the lake, deer feeder, fire pit and gentle sloping path to the dock. Updated kitchen and sitting area with a dinner table for eight. Ensuite with king and full bath on main floor. Downstairs has a large bunk room with two queen/twin bunks and one twin/twin bunk plus full bathroom.

The daylight terrace level family room has a washer/dryer closet and also leads to patio. BBQ grill is propane and charcoal; bring your own fuel. Nearly 1.5 acre wooded lot offers private get away. Concrete parking for 4+ cars with stairs leading down to cabin.

We offer a paddle boat, 2 canoes and 1 kayak with paddles and life jackets.

My favorite part of this cabin is that there are no homes within 150 feet. You may see deer, birds, eagles, hawks and other wildlife.

We are 41 minutes from Clemson University & 62 minutes from University of Georgia.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

What a great experience! The house was nicely decorated for the fall and everything was clean. Check-in and checkout instructions/process was thorough and well laid out. Wonderful view from the screened in porch; great place to hang out, (even when it was 30* out!!) and the fenced in part for the dog was amazing ! We enjoyed such a relaxing family birthday celebration in this Lake Hartwell house! Great host, lovely lake view, pet friendly and many spaces for activities. The kitchen is updated and well equipped; the screened porch with fireplace is lovely for family and pets. The downstairs is a separate living and bedroom area to spread out. We especially enjoyed feeding the deer each day, watching them from the porch or the fire pit area. Best of all, we loved the lake, the kayaking and swimming from the dock. If we travel from Maryland to visit Lake Hartwell again, we'll stay again!

My husband and I stayed in early October. The owners had taken time and care to fully decorate for the season. They created a very inviting atmosphere for their guests. Outside, the leaves were beginning to turn, and there were lots of deer. Although the house could accommodate more people, it was perfect for us. The screened porch had an electric fireplace and TV (ideal for evenings and football.) The bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable. I can imagine how much fun this place is in the summer, but I can highly recommend this location if you want a beautiful Fall Getaway.

We searched high and low for a small place with a dock that has water year round, plenty of privacy and in a great neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Always has water in a quiet cove and not on the main channel. The waves will take there toll on your dock on the main channel. The closest neighbor is 100+feet away as apposed to 20 feet that most lake properties are. Driveway is steep to allow for an easy pathway to the lake.
