The first day we went over to Block Island. We hadn't been since we were kids. We ate dinner at the Ocean Mist, excellent and within walking distance from the house.The second day we went to the Lizzy Borden House and to dinner with North Kingstown relatives at The Crows Nest. We also stopped in to see Taylor Swift's house before dinner. On our way home we stopped in our old neighborhood and did a memory drive. Thank you for a very fun 3 days!!!

Great beach location

We had a short stay, only two nights but we really enjoyed the community and proximity to the beach. The house is very cozy and was perfect for our needs. It is close to a lot of historical sites and walking trails and we loved just walking through the neighborhoods looking at the beautiful properties and beach views.

Amazing cottage for mini vacation!

Stayed at this property for a getaway weekend and could not have had a better time! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Direct access to the beach and the surrounding area is beautiful with so many activities. I would definitely want to stay here again.

There were just 2 of us who stayed at the propery, and it was perfect for us. Nothing fancy, but very cute. Close to Route 1 for getting around and it had all the little necessities. Check in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Wouldefinitely stay again.

Wonderful stay at a great property. Location could not be better — walked to beaches, restaurants, coffee shop, surf shop. The house is very cute and has everything you need. Everything was wonderful. The weather could have cooperated a bit more! Remember it gets very windy by the water! Hoodies were a requirement, but that didn’t deter our enjoyment!

Much needed last minute relax time, two nights in a cozy cottage steps from the beach. The cottage was a breath of fresh air. A light, airy, clean and had everything needed to enjoy a stay. Full kitchen and private outdoor grilling and dining area. The beach was very quiet and all to ourselves. We didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to return.

Obviously a beautiful location in Matunuck. The house was smaller than anticipated but served us well. My only criticism is that the kitchen really isn't conducive to cooking - super small, no oven, and not very well-stocked. Everything else was great!
