Super clean and comfortable cabin and you cant beat the location! Located in Eagle Point area of central Big Bear Lake, less than 1/4 mile to Snow Summit Ski Resort, shopping markets, Big Bear Lake and Meadow Park. Single level cabin situated on a corner lot, offering 1,100 sq. ft., with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a garage.

The Living Room offers a large flat screen TV w/DVD player, wood burning rock fireplace, sliding doors to the back deck and attached dining area with a dining table to seat 4 guests. There is also a bar-top counter with 3 bar stools for guests to dine at. The Kitchen offers a wonderful stove with a grill, dishwasher and a separate wine cooler.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a ceiling fan, attached bathroom has a washer & dryer, the 2nd bedroom also offers a queen bed & ceiling fan...and there is nice size bathroom off the hall offering a bathtub/shower combo.

The cabin features a nice back deck and large fenced back yard with a hammock, two patio tables & chairs and a propane BBQ. There is a one car garage for guest to use and two level parking spaces in the driveway. Also has Cable TV w/DVD player, WiFi, free HBO, Cinemax & ShowTime, washer & dryer, level parking w/garage, Accommodates 6 guests.

Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn heat to 55 degrees, before you depart. DO NOT TURN HEAT OFF EVER. This can cause the pipes to freeze and burst. If this happens during your stay you will be responsible for repair costs.
Remove all trash from property before departing. (See map to public trash sites on the refrigerator).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Curfew hours 10:00 pm- 7:00 am No pets or smoking allowed. Never park in the street or you will be towed by Code Enforcement at vehicle owners expense
No commercial use allowed. Violations of the above stated rules are $500 - $1,500 per fine, from City Code Enforcement. Holidays check-in 4pm/out 10am
Remove all trash from the property before you depart. (See map to trash sites on fridge). Maximum guests allowed is 6. Max cars allowed is 2.
