The management company promptly addressed all our needs, and the house is fantastic for a large extended family.The rugs could use a bit of care, but overall, the home is ideal for a Disney getaway or simply a relaxing vacation, thanks to the lazy river and pool amenities available in the complex. Not to mention the pool at the house was a major plus after a long day at the parks

We absolutely enjoyed staying here for my mother's 65th birthday. I saw some of the reviews regarding cleanliness of the home, we did not encounter any of the previously mentioned concerns

A lovely home

We love the home and the pool. It was close enough to the parks for us to get there pretty quickly. We had a few hiccups but they were addressed. We feel like the home could’ve been a little cleaner and maybe updating the carpet would be a good idea it was pretty dirty. But that being said we very much enjoyed coming home at the end of long days and relaxing altogether.

Not the best

While we all loved being together and this home had more than enough room it was a little rough! Could definitely have been cleaner. Had a few issues that were addressed for us but had a terribly clogged gross sink in our bath that was not addressed so that was disheartening. The pool was great and the drive to the Parks was easy!

Worst Vacation Ever

This was the worst house I’ve ever rented! The sofa was dirty and busted, the carpet was filthy! My 7months pregnant neice came over to visit and sat at the table and went straight down on the floor, the chair had three legs! The pool was broken the whole week! We had roaches or something in the house upstairs and downstairs, I have pictures. This house needs to be updated, downstairs for sure. We had to call for light bulbs, batteries for the remotes for the televisions. Me personally, I didn’t like all the mismatched towels. You pay to much money for these homes to be disappointed! 8872 Bengal Court needs a sofa set and sturdier chairs a dustpan and a new water hose it’s busted too! The ceiling fan chains are stuck you can’t adjust them! I feel like I was robbed of my money! Don’t stay here if you see the same furniture in the pictures!

Don’t Reserve This Home!

Our vacation started with us having to wait outside the home for over 3 hours past check-in time as cleaning team was still cleaning. Grill ordered and paid for didn’t arrive until late on our second day. Freezer was malfunctioning and leaking water all over floor. Carpet was filthy. Towels were less than adequate and significantly worn. Dishwasher was a problem. Gaming system didn’t work. Contacts were polite, but ineffective at getting things corrected. This house needs a major overhaul. New or cleaned furniture, carpet replacement, all appliances except stove and washer and dryer are in bad shape. Pictures online show dining room table with 14 chairs - something that was very important to us. Reality is there are only 9, with multiple broken chairs in the garage and several at the table are rickety and dangerous. I would not recommend this home.

Please understand that sometimes we only have very limited time between guests' check-in and check-out. When it comes to the unexpectedly large quantity of damages that were caused by the previous guests and not able to be fixed within a short time, we may coordinate to deliver damaged items during the guests' stay to ensure our guests could have a better stay with us. We would like to extend your stay if we could. However, our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and we had to conduct the home inspection and cleaning prior to the next guest's arrival. We appreciate your understanding and apologize again for any inconvenience. We will continue to improve our services and we hope to host you again in the future!

Disappointed

Do not book this house by the pictures posted. This is a misrepresentation of what the house actually looks like. The communication with the property manager was nonexistent. Instead they send automated emails or a representive for the company Nova. We paid for heated pool and the entire time we were there the pool was not heated. They sent a maintenance person to the property who said that when it's cold outside you can't expect the pool to get any hotter....then why offer heated pool option for additional cost. The ice maker was broke. Maintenance came said they would be back but never came back. House can accommodate 22 but they only supply enough eating utensils for 12. Two days after being there the toilets started to grow black mold. Not in just 1 toilet but all toilets. The water has a very strong metallic smell. Do not drink the water from the fridge. The filter needs replaced. They supply a PS4 with no games. All the TV remotes are scattered about and you have to guess which remote goes to which TV. 3 of our remotes did not work. Air hockey table is missing screws so you can't play it without it almost collapsing. They don't have anyone riding around enforcing rules. I stayed for 10 days. Every night loud music past 11. I even reached out and heard nothing back. They tell you only 5 cars per house, several houses had 6plus. So many that they were actually parked in yards and sidewalks. The list goes on but I don't have the time or energy to say all the terrible things about this property and the management. All I can say is that it would be in your best interest NOT to rent this house. You will be extremely disappointed from the moment you walk in the door. The most frustrating thing about all of this is that I reached out weeks before my stay regarding concerns I had after reading previous reviews, was promised the issues I pointed out were resolved. LIES.. That's all you get from this property. I really wanted to like this house too.

Worst VRBO Experience Ever!

Worst VRBO experience ever! I found a “new” listing (#2771563) for the same house w/no reviews. I reported this to VRBO. We rent a large house every year for an extended family vacation, researching & reading reviews. We took a chance on this one given 1 review & the thought that the house was a relatively new build. Please look elsewhere if you are considering this property! When we requested a refund of the cleaning fee due to the poor condition of the home & delayed access, the management company laughed at us. I do not feel like that was an unreasonable or funny request. 1. At our 4:00 PM check-in, the cleaning crew was still in the home. We were kicked outside w/a baby & sleeping toddler in the 97 degree heat for close to 2 hours after the contracted check-in time while they finished. When we mentioned the delay, the management company told us that this was a scheduling error. Based on other reviews, this is not the case. We had to re-vacuum the entire house to pick up dirt, shards of glass & visible trash. 2. Crumbs & used Band-Aids b/w the sheets in one room. This bedroom had not been serviced & did not have the sheets cleaned/changed. We had to strip the bed & wash the sheets at midnight. 3. The pool was green when we arrived & we were told it was normal. It looked blue later in the week. The pool maintainer came twice during prime pool times, kicking us out of the pool & adding chemicals regardless of the test results. Too many chemicals is also dangerous. So either the pool was unsafe for use the first few days of the trip or the last few days… or both. 4. Carpet was stained everywhere. Furniture was missing, different &/or damaged when compared to listing photos. Kitchen table had only half the chairs & those were breaking. Walls had holes, décor in disarray. Bathrooms had broken shower doors & missing toilet paper holders. Shower doors were fixed, but prevented cleaning b/w guests. 5. Linens were cheap. Towels were old, worn & gross. Sheets were new (unpackaged that evening) in some rooms, but all king-size regardless of bed size. 6. TVs & gaming system didn't work, remotes missing batteries, ceiling fans stuck on, switches didn’t control some fans/lights 7. Safety hazards: paint cans in pantry, light fixtures & glass in closets, bunk bed directly under hanging light fixture, chairs rickety 8. House stunk of paint; trying to get paint to dry overheated house & a/c took days to cool it 9. Hot tub & pool linked – must be same temp

The Hosts really did try to accommodate our needs. The house wasn’t prepared at check-in time so my family of 16 had to wait outside the home for 1 extra hour until cleaning staff finished. We did receive free pool heating for the rest of our rental days. The house had ALOT of wear and tare. Carpet needs a deep cleaning. Nevertheless it was spacious and the kids really did enjoy the themed rooms/pool area .
