This was a weekend . The ice maker didn’t work also when you turn on the shower it leaks from the side of the wall onto the floor. Otherwise it was a great stay. The pictures of the home are accurate. The house was nice and spacious

The check in was quick and easy it was a nice house overall but I was upset due to my children not being able to get in the pool because it wasn’t properly clean even though the maintenance claimed that they did

Thank you for your feedback—we’re really glad to hear that check-in was quick and that you enjoyed the house overall. We’re very sorry to hear about the issue with the pool, especially since it affected your children’s experience. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We’ll be following up with our maintenance team to ensure this is addressed properly and doesn’t happen again. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a much better experience.
