Our son and his fiance stayed in the loft unit, we stayed in the sea level. Both were absolutely perfect!! We all couldn't believe the view and were so happy with our choice to stay at Casa Caribe. Everything you need is in these units and both have absolutely stunning views! Our son actually got engaged on the balcony, it was that beautiful! You will not regret renting here!We wil definitely be back!Thank you Iain and the girls at Villas of Tortola, our trip was incredible!

Paradise Found

The view is spectacular. The accommodations for two people are superior, the location allows easy access to local restaurants, and has a parking space for one car for the loft villa. Very nice amenities, including beach chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrella are much appreciated. Kitchen is well appointed for a four burner cooktop. Comfortable sleeping, and efficient air conditioning adds to the experience. We will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful get-away!

This VRBO was just as pictured - beautiful! So many wonderful restaurants and things to do. The hosts were so helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Caribe!

Tortola villa on Little Apple Bay

Very cute condo with beautiful views of the water. However, not a swimmable beach. Very rocky and high surf the days we were there. We could walk to Long Bay beach but it was a walk over quite a steep hill! Nice porch for relaxing.

Great place to stay. Can’t beat the view

We had a wonderful stay here. Very chill vibe in the surrounding area with close access to Sebastian’s, Omar’s coffee and spit, and 1748. Smugglers cove and long bay beach are very close and the west end ferry dock was about a 6 minute drive. Met with the property manager and housekeeping when we arrived and they were very kind and genuine people. The view is right on the water and we fell sleep to the sounds of the waves which was incredible. Nice patio as well to sit out on and have a morning coffee. I definitely recommend this place!

We LOVED our 9-day stay here! It was quiet and perfect for an older couple just looking to get away. We were only steps away from a beautiful beach with some good snorkeling. The loft where we stayed had a wonderful porch with a swing along with a side deck with lounge chair. We rented a car which was helpful to get to shopping and other areas. However, most of the time we were just content to sit and listen to the surf. We plan on going back!

Lovely 1 bedroom on Tortola

My husband and I just wrapped up a stay at Casa Caribe and were delighted with the property! Cute, comfy bed, air conditioning, short walk/ drive to a slew of perfect beaches on the west side. Gorgeous ocean views from the deck (complete with porch swing!) and a short stroll (like 100 ft) to Apple Bay for swimming. It was also walking distance to Long Bay & Smugglers Cove - two other wonderful beaches. We also recommend the free bingo and karaoke nights at Sebastian’s- the restaurant a few properties down. Great mix of locals and visitors and super fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The view from the window was amazing, we had most of the meals at the room and didn't have to go to the restaurant to worry about mosquito bites. The problem was that there were days when wifi didn't connect for more than half a day almost every day, and even if I left a voice message to the owner, I didn't get a call back, so I was inconvenient and anxious all the time.

Loved Casa Caribe Loft

This was our second visit to Casa Caribe Loft since my wife and I visited in 2015 for a week. We loved it then and loved it again in 2025. Even better since AC was added. We were met by Pinky upon arrival and visited twice during the week by Louise for cleaning and to see if we needed anything. We were part of a party of 16 who all stayed at different places in close proximity. We believe the Loft was the best of all the accommodations in the vicinity. The loft was clean, comfortable and relaxing. One of the best parts is the bench swing on the deck feet from the ocean which we spent hours enjoying. I had forgotten about the safe which gave me an added level of security. BTW, my brother told me he is going to book the loft first next time. Frank & Jan

Wonderful Experience

I would stay at Casa Caribe again in a heartbeat! The property is quite lovely, relaxing, and clean. It is walking distance to a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is also not far from Soper’s Hole Marina, with an adorable coffee shop, restaurants, and grocery store. The cottage is equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, plenty of kitchen wares, and everything else you may need. It rained some during our stay, but enjoyed relaxing in the cottage with a bottle of wine when we couldn’t be at the beach. All around, an awesome experience!

Relaxing at Casa Caribe

The pictures represent the property perfectly. This was one of the best equipped places we've stayed at. Pre- arrival communication was great and departure was easy. Located on the east side, it's great access to the best beaches and West End ferry over to JVD. We grabbed the provided cooler and chairs and spent time a Smugglers Cove- a great hidden place! We ate at Sebastians 3 times as it was a simple walk. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio and reading while sitting on the swing. We didn't use the beach right there as it was pretty rough all week but we did enjoy watching the surfers. Would definitely recommend Casa Caribe to others.

Beautiful setting and comfortable accommodations

We have been coming to Tortola for 35+ years (about every 4/5 years) and have always stayed at Sebastians. While that has been wonderful, we decided to get a villa and have the ability to buy groceries and make some meals. This villa fit all of our needs. It is located at ocean edge and we loved the sound of the waves at night. The villa was spacious -- room to sit and relax, adequately stocked kitchen, dining area and comfortable bed and bath. Every morning I sat on the porch swing on the balcony to have my coffee, read and enjoy the view. It was perfect for the two of us. The bedroom is in a loft so if you have issues with steps this would not be good but we are in our 70s and it was not an issue. We will be back.

Wonderful place for our honeymoon

We stayed here for 10 nights and could not have been more pleased. The unit was wonderful, spacious and very unique from a design standpoint. Very fair price for the unit and would definitely be willing to come again. It would have been nice to have a small TV upstairs; I know, it’s the Caribbean, why do you need a TV! But some evenings when it was raining we tried watching a movie off of our phones. That worked but maybe a small tv on the dresser that one could log in to watch Netflix or something when raining or just going to bed would be nice. That is the least of my concerns though, all in all it was a wonderful place with a million-dollar view!

Perfect view and location

We stayed at beautiful Casa Caribe for our 35th anniversary. It was perfect for the two of us. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay including a small ice chest, beach umbrella and chairs. It is convenient to get to many popular beaches as well as the ferry on the west end. Although it is the top floor of the Casa you do not have to climb a lot of stairs to get in the door. It does have spiral stairs (can be a little tricky getting down in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom) to get to the bedroom that has a beautiful view of the ocean and downstairs area. The bedroom had a ceiling fan, and a fan that plugs in to help move air. It also has air conditioning upstairs. We slept very comfortably. We rented a small SUV and The only issue we had was parking. They are doing construction on a place down the road/drive and they would take up all the parking during the week day. Also, be VERY careful when pulling out of the drive. They do everything slow on the island except drive! Over all, we absolutely had the most amazing time on the island with perfect place for us to stay. We plan on staying again. Thanks for the perfect accommodation for our stay! See ya soon!

beautiful views and lovely house

House was totally as advertised. Clean and well-equipped. Deck views so gorgeous. My sister and I loved every minute in this unit. We spent hours on the deck with friends, meals, games, music. The property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Occasional problems with the water pump, which were quickly attended to. AC worked great, but we only used it at night while sleeping. Sweet little touches everywhere, like the bluetooth speaker, an unexpected surprise. The swimming in front of the unit was phenomenal. Clear, calm water. My only disappointment had to do with the beach, which is almost nonexistent in front of the unit, due to beach erosion. To get to the water we had to make our own easement through some derelict properties nearby and scale over some rocks and old hurricane debris. This, of course, is no fault of the unit, owners, or property managers. It is what it is. It is the Caribbean, after all, and they are struggling with ongoing hurricane threats and damage. Overall, I was very pleased with this rental and kudos to everyone for keeping it in the best shape possible under difficult circumstances.
