A great place for multiple families!

We had a fantastic stay! The kids room was a blast with the toys. The movie theater room was a hit, and the pool was clean and refreshing would definitely stay again.

Excellent Family Vacation

We Jan an extended family vacation with 20 people. We very much enjoyed the house and the proximity to the beach and other activities. The house had everything we needed and was a great home base!

Great for large group

Amazing Property

We chose to do our annual golf trip in Hilton Head this year and this place was excellent for us. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and a place to unwind after a long hot day. Plenty of space and easy to access.

Fantastic fall break

It was a wonderful, large property. Pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen was fully stocked. Was very nice having pool towels provided as well. Beds were very comfortable.

Absolutely Fantastic!!

The house is so well appointed and was able to accomodate our group of 11 easily! We had ages ranging from 67 to 6 and there was something for everyone! The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Access to the beach was great. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Exceptional stay

Perfect in all ways! The home, the amenities, everything is very well thought through to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A big shout out to the staff/management for providing everything that is needed. The pool plus hot tub are the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

First time ever all our children and grands spent a week together. The beach was wonderful and the house was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out and great gathering areas for entire family. The pool was a huge hit. Great amenities- very thoughtfully organized house.

Very noisy neighbors until 4 am some nights with no enforcement of quiet hours. Elevator broken for 5 days of our stay. House needs measuring cups and spoons and beach umbrella. Rooms and mattresses were good. Kids loved the bunk room and movie theater. Pool was nice but very dark. Maybe good for parties but not families that just want to enjoy being together. Nice beach location.

Wedding Week

I booked thia property the week of my wedding to stay at with my wedding party. The house was beautifully decorated, convenient to the beach, and the pool area was wonderful to swim in the evenings after a long beach day. The only minor downside is 6 parking spots and no on street parking but the house itself is wonderful and I would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Spring Break

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was a group of 13- 7 teenagers and 6 adults, there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. House was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool, hot tub, movie room and ping ping table kept the teenagers busy. There were plenty of beach chairs and two wagons for beach days. Beach access was within walking distance. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We had a few minor questions and the host got back to us promptly. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Such a beautiful home and very spacious. We traveled with 11 gal pals to celebrate a milestone birthday. When someone wanted to nap or take a timeout, the rooms were spread out enough they could have their quiet time and didn’t have to hear us cackling 😂 The elevator was clutch! Highly recommend, book your stay today!

Fun on Hilton Head Island

We loved the house, pool and location. The house was large enough we could all be together or all have our own space. The beach was a few minutes away. We walked to restaurant and adventure cove. We biked to ice cream shops. The house was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and theater room with the arcade game. There weren’t any pool toys, we brought our own. The refrigerator was missing some shelves and door shelves, but we made it work. We all had a great time!!

Good layout. Properly furnished. Too far from beach. Pool was not as large as I thought but we enjoyed our stay. Some of the instructions were a little unclear. There was chewing gum stuck on bunk beds from previous renters. Property manager took care of any uncertainties.

Dear Ellen, We appreciate you submitting a review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Our kids playroom has several bunk beds, so when gum was left under a bunk it was very hard for our cleaners to find. Since we weren't notified about that issue we didn't have a chance to send cleaners to remove the gum. We apologize for the oversight. Our distance from the beach is a short 9 minute walk on a dedicated path. We recently have partnered with a golf cart rental company to allow our guests to rent golf carts to reduce the distance to the beach to 2 minutes. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon.

The house was beautiful and accommodating for our whole family. We did run into some issues like running out of hand soap in one of the bathrooms and running very low on toilet paper (when you pay a lot of money, you shouldn't run out of essentials). Having a stranger come in to clean the pool without saying a word. Just seems a little strange to have no notice or idea that someone would be cleaning the pool during the stay. Not knowing the day(s) beforehand the trash was to be picked up. When we got there, our trash was overflowing.
