Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 7 bedrooms including a fabulously fun loft area for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large salt water pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.

The Space:
The house is located on the 2nd row beach front. The home has 7 bedrooms and loft area with bunk beds for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large salt water pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. Beach essentials are provided, these include 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.

Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors. Permit #030057

We had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, which was great, and the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The location was excellent and close to the beach and the host was very responsive. We did noticed a few minor things but overall that didn't take away from our experience.we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend this property

This was the perfect house for our large crew of eight adults and three children. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We walked to the beach, swam in the pool, and soaked in the hot tub. Communication with our host was great. It was comfortable and well-decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was wonderful for my five adult children and grandchildren. Great location, great sized pool and well supplied with all the beach things you need! Host was very prompt in all communication. I hope to come back to this house when we return to Hilton Head.

Amazing location!!! Came with beach chairs and that was so very helpful! Would stay here again. Do wish there was more privacy with behind neighbors like fencing or even if they let the bushes grow up like on the sides….other than back neighbors being raised and having to keep back blinds closed it was great house

Great house for 4 families with kids. Great location, right at a public beach access. House was very clean, hot tub was great. Host was very responsive and I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second consecutive stay at this property. We love the proximity to the beach and the convenience of being supplied with beach chairs, a wagon, and a cabana. The weather was perfect! We did have an issue with garbage pickup, possibly due to a late departure by the previous tenant…not sure. This issue was resolved by the property manager, who is very easy to contact. Our family, unfortunately has now outgrown this property, but we would highly recommend it to others who need a space for a large group.

The house was beautiful, clean, and was very accommodating for our party of fourteen. It had one of the best elevators that we've had when renting homes over the past six years in Hilton Head. Plenty of space with a kitchen stocked with anything you could possibly need. We rented this house due to its proximity to the beach and for the pool as a main attraction as we had young kids and adults who looked forward to pool time. However, we did have issues with the pool. We contacted the property manager who in turn contacted the pool company. They did come out multiple times during the week, but unfortunately we had only one pool day out of the week due to algae. Hopefully they get that under control moving forward. We also had an issue with mold on the seals in the front loader washers. That was addressed as well, but was not fully resolved.

Thank you for your review! We are so happy you enjoyed the large kitchen and clean home. As you stated, we did try to resolve all issues as soon as possible. The “mold” on the washers had been fully resolved the same day we were notified of it and all that was left was staining. As for the pool, the algae growth happens occasionally with the combination of hot weather and rain. We also found your lacrosse ball in the skimmer basket that was blocking the flow of water that furthered the algae growth. You’ll be happy to know, we have transitioned to a salt water pool, which should alleviate any future problems.

What a perfect house for our Friendsgiving vacation! Plenty of room for two families, adult kids and significant others. Very clean with everything we needed and short stroll to the beach. Sitting on the porch swings watching the sun come up was the best! We will be back!

The photos of the property were exactly as advertised. Our great grandchildren loved the bunk room. Lots of room for everyone to have privacy if wanted and lots of room for everyone to congregate. The pool, hot tub and outside TV were enjoyed by all and loved that it was cleaned when we arrived and again mid week. We did have several issues..the freezer in the kitchen refrigerator did not work and we had to discard food that defrosted. Elise was very prompt at having a stand alone freezer delivered. The water pressure and temperature fluctuations in several bathrooms was poor.

Great Spot and Close walk to Beach

Loved our stay! We have an annual friend’s golf trip and this house was great. Would highly recommend for any and all groups.

We had the best week on our family reunion vacation. This house exceeded our expectations and allowed all 7 families to have their own space and the kids loved the bunk area. The beach was a simple few minute walk away and the pool/hot tub was a nightly hit. We will certainly be booking again.

This house was perfect for our family of 18. It was very clean, close to the beach, had great amenities, and a good size pool. We look forward to staying here again sometime!
