Super quiet and quiet condominium house. It has three spaces, three suites, private barbecue, new pool in the condominium. near downtown, village and perequê, region with most restaurants and tours. Near the beach with beach tennis courts and areas for sailing and canoeing. No pets allowed and no baby cot. No noise allowed after 22h. and cars can only park in designated spaces of the house.
