We are Bill and Georgia and have been married for over 20 years and we are blessed with 3 beautiful children.

We are originally from Manila and lived in Toronto, Canada for several years. We have travelled to Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong and China.

Fresno has been home to us since 2007. We love the slow pace and quality of life here in the valley.

Bill works at Community Medical Centers in Fresno and is most relaxed when painting, designing and drawing.

Georgia is also in the healthcare field and enjoys getting to know people.

We love hosting people in our home and trying different cuisines. We are new hosts and just started hosting in July 2019.

We designed this home with care and hope you have a great stay with us.

Our professional cleaners are paid a living wage. Thank you for supporting them when you book with us.

We are a 100% hands off host unless you ask but we are quick to respond and willing to help make your stay a great one. If we are available and you'd like for us to meet you please let us know otherwise we offer keyless entry with a door code.

Our home is your home away from home. It is located in a prime NE Fresno location close to highway 41 and near shopping, hospitals, banks, dining and other amenities.

If you'd like an assortment of restaurants to choose from the complex where Trader Joe's is will have different options from Japanese, Chinese, Mexican and so much more.

We chose this home because it's in the same safe neighborhood we live in and we live nearby in case you have an emergency,

This is a home we ourselves will live in or use to host our family and friends. Please enjoy and care for it the same way you would your home,

We have a Ring doorbell and outside surveillance camera for your security and ours and to make sure there are no uninvited guests.

Other things to note:

Normal street traffic can be heard when outside but relax in our spacious backyard with mature landscaping.

Pool service person and a gardener usually come Mondays or Wednesdays but may come at other days when behind and have backyard access.

During school days, Clovis West school band may be heard.

• No disturbance, especially noise past 10pm.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance if you intend to use our fully furnished, centrally located home for corporate housing with longer stays of 6 months or less. Any stays longer than 28 days require a signed lease agreement & an approved background screening.

We have a no shoe policy to ensure the home is clean. You do not need to leave your shoes outside. Please come in and sit on the bench provided inside and leave your shoes in the hallway closet. We have booties provided if needed.

You can cook your own meals in our kitchen, do your laundry and park your car in a covered and secure garage. We have an ironing board and iron and Keurig coffee and tea.

Our home is spacious, stylish and clean for family and friends to enjoy each other's company and be together in one place.
