Great place!! It was everything as advertised and then some. Great neighborhood with easy access to highway 101. Very spacious and the owner was very accommodating . I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation!!

This is the perfect place to stay with your family. It was clean, very nice, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely book this place again.

Spacious living/dining room for visiting. Walking distance to beach and shopping/dining. Owner was super quick in getting back to me when contacted. Only a few small annoyances. There were quite a few broken vertical blinds that kept falling off. Also, there were clothes left in 2 covered laundry baskets, and we had to contact family members who already left to see if they were theirs, but they belonged to previous guests (I guess I would have though the cleaning contractors would have checked that). But really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Superbe house on an excellent location!!
We had such a pleasant stay. It was spacious enough with our 6 children (18,16,15,14,14,10). Near the beach , lovely seaside . We've enjoyed ourselves!

This property was everything and more than we had hoped for. It was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and immaculate both inside and out. It was centrally located to nearby highways which allowed us easy access to where we needed to be during the course of our stay for a family wedding in Santa Barbara. If I ever return to this area I would definitely stay again and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. The owner was very organized with pre- arrival details and so pleasant to work with as we traveled so far from Florida. Communication was excellent and very timely in response.
