NEW for 2025 - Tennis court renovation!! Newly renovated 'hybrid" clay surface with brand new LED lighting!

This charming old family home set amidst the fabulous backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains is located just outsied the lovely village of Soller. The original stone house dates back over 500 years. With the citrus orchard enclosing a stone courtyard with comfortable seating for 10, a beautiful swimming pool and its own tennis court all with stunning views, it is easy to forget about the rest of the world. All bedrooms are decorated in style and comfort ranging from one twin, to en-suite doubles, to a full suite with its own private terrace. There is a comfortable study and a beautfiul covered outdoor dining area.

*Please know that during the months of June, July, and August we only do full weekly rentals arriving and departing on Saturday.

**We do not host any weddings or wedding parties at the house.

3 generations on holiday

Lots of space for us all. 3 couples, plus a teenager, an 11 year old and a 3 year old. All loved the pool and the hot tub. The outdoor seating under cover was perfect for every meal. Couldn't have found anything better.

A week with the family.

A family week with our youngsters and grandchildren. Altogether 13 persons, 5 children and 8 adults. We spent a lot of time at poolside with the children but did also hike some and made some excursions.

Amazing All Around

Property location, size, views and amenities all exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed at the property for a week with our adult sons and several of their friends. Plenty of activities on property, but also walking distance or easy transportation to nearby towns, hiking trails, seaside and biking routes. Owners Emma & Tommy were also delightful and very responsive.

Glorious gardens, majestic mountains!

We had a superb week at Cas Fiols with a family group of 9 adults and one toddler. Thanks! The grounds are sublime, loved the fresh oranges, vines, turtles and koi and grasses in the terracotta pots surrounding the pool. Some aloe vera growing would be great for sunburn and herbs for cooking! The mountain views are timeless, majestic and dramatic in a storm, just magical! The fabulous town of Sóller was an easy walk and has lots of options for all ages. The pool was lovely although a little cold & the jacuzzi a huge hit with the family. Jacuzzi needed some attention one day and was out of action when we had friends over for a bbq. There are lots of comfy, quality indoor/ outdoor seating areas for dining, lounging and chatting and to grab a bit of quiet time. We felt the kitchen was lacking some basic amenities for the stature and price point of the property. We'd suggest more linens (pool towels, tea towels), a garlic press, a teapot, glass water jugs and an ice maker refrigerator. When we fished things out from the back of the cupboards they were often not clean (dead bugs). A dedicated clothes washing machine would be helpful and an iron/ironing board without having to ask/wait for availability. Interaction with Tommy & Emma was fairly limited although they're right next door, their story is interesting and loved the pet visits from Casper and 'Apricot' very sweet. Highly recommended and judging from the guest books well loved by repeat guests over many years 💎💎💎

Allt var i det närmaste perfekt. Dock var ett antal solstolar trasiga. Tur att vi inte hade hyrbilar. Taxi till o från flygplatsen funkade bra. Beställde vissa resor via appen Mallorcab. 10-15 min promenad till de flesta restauranger. Vi är helnöjda!

Gorgeousness all around!

I’m not even sure where to begin the review because there are so many great things about the property and about our lovely hosts Tommy and Emma. Even before we arrived they were both so wonderful about sharing tips and any information we required. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Upon arrival I almost gasped at the beauty of Cas Fiol. The trip from Palma to Soller is an easy one but keep in mind that the ancient roads are narrow and you must feel comfortable driving in order to get to this beautiful spot. 1000% worth the effort. This finca has everything you could ever want And then some. I don’t know if it’s been written about in other posts but there are two definitive buildings. The first building that has the kitchen and living room with TV houses two master bedroom suites. The second building which we called the kids house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our adult children were thrilled to have their own space. The property is beyond description with its gorgeous plantings pool and hot tub. We never wanted for anything and if we did it all we had to do was ask Tommy or Emma and it was taken care of immediately. Further, their suggestions for restaurants and taxi companies were spot on. I would recommend this villa to anyone and everyone. It is a quick 10 to 15 minute walk to the heart of Soller and it was refreshing to get a little exercise especially in light of the delicious Spanish cuisine. We visited for a wedding and several other families had rented fincas as well and I have to say that I thought ours was the hands-down absolute best. Thank you so much Tommy and Emma for sharing your amazing home!

The most magical place

Myself and friends rented this property from Wednesday through to Sunday. The location is absolutely stunning. We spent our mornings playing tennis, our days lazing in the pool and our evenings bbq and making big dinners to share. Our hosts Tommy and Emma were amazingly friendly, full of local knowledge and made us feel incredibly welcome in their beautiful home. We would love to return and I know that many people do! Thanks so much.

Paradise Found!

Our little group of eight tennis players stayed here for four nights in October and it was a magical place for us. The weather was perfect and we swam, played tennis, sunbathed, barbecued, and had the most fun evenings out in the fresh air in this large, wonderful finca in the mountains of Soller. We could walk into town within ten minutes (beautiful walk) and have dinner at numerous places, notably la Molina, la Vila and C’an Pintxo for tapas. Biniaraix village is also a ten minute walk up in the mountains, also beautiful Fornalutx 20 minutes walk. Emma was lovely and the perfect host providing lots of help and advice if needed. The finca is very large and spacious with loads of character and tastefully furnished in Mallorquin style. Soller is a wonderful village with the tram to Port Soller for the beach and long fishy lunches and the little heritage train down to Palma for some great shopping and food. Many thanks Emma and Tommy we hope to be back ASAP! 😍

Amazing home and home owners

We had an amazing time. We stayed for a week over Easter with our family, we were 9 in total. The house is lovely and the setting is gorgeous and parking inside the property which is a big win. The children swam in the pool and jumped in the Jacuzzi after to get warm. The location is fantastic, Its only a 15 min walk to Soller Plaza which was very convenient. We had lunch outside in the garden and had fresh orange juice every morning from the fruit orchard. You have everything you need at the house and the owners Emma and Tommy are amazing. Absolutely value for money on every level. We highly recommend this place.
