Ca'n Xispa is the perfect villa to stay at with friends or family.
The outdoor kitchen with bbq and salon plus the large pool in the garden, among fruit trees, makes this a magic place to spend your holidays.
At only 1 km, the Cooperativa de Sant Bartolome offers fresh bread and croissants in the morning and also fresh fruits and veggies and all sorts of drinks.
Sóller center is at only 2 km and the Port, with it's nice restaurants and beach at only 5 km.
There are 3 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and there is another smaller bedroom, perfect for teens or smaller children. Baby cot available if needed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The extra outdoor toilet with shower is a great bonus.
The indoor kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge and sitting area has got AC too.
A full laundry room with some gym equipment on disposal.
The chicken hen is great for children as they can see and feed chicken, rabbits and tortoises.
Free parking shared with the owners who live at the house next door, rental guests will be able to park 2 cars easily.

Our stay at Ca'n Xispa was absolutely incredible. The villa itself and the surrounding views were breathtaking, and the location was ideal - just a 15–20 minute walk to town and nearby villages. One of the highlights was the outdoor BBQ and dining area, which made our evenings extra special. Inez was also amazing - so welcoming and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. We’ll definitely be back - we couldn’t fault a thing!

Truly a home from home experience!The property is equipped both internally/externally for a relaxing family vacation with everything at your fingertips.Its exterior is very cleverly laid out, the patio, external living/eating area and the gardens/vineyard and pool/deck have such a peaceful and tranquil ambiance.Great space around the home for those who wish a quiet corner to catch-up and finish that novel!

We were two families with children and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house, yard, the amenities and communication were all perfect. Inez was the best host, checking in with us and helping us with any questions. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, the Coop and Soller town (though we mostly drove to Soller.) The home itself is stunning. The highlight for us was the outdoor kitchen and the pool! We looked forward to jumping into the pool after a day at the beach. The water temperature was perfect and the mountain backdrop was stunning. We would absolutely come back here again!

Beautiful home and great location

We truly enjoyed our stay as a family. Lots of outside space with different areas. Lovely host. Great area for hiking, it's literally on GR route.

Beautiful Villa equipped with amenities

Beautiful grounds with a gate to the pool. 3 en-suite bedrooms plus fourth bedroom and 2 extra half baths. Kitchen is very well equipped, large living and dining area with games, toys and books for adults and children. Pool is amazing with lounge chairs and chair pads. The outdoor kitchen is one of the highlights of the property. Scenic views from every bedrooms. Our family enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful holiday

We had a fabulous holiday at Can Xispa. The house was absolutely perfect. Everything so well appointed and wonderfully located A stunning location with breath taking views - we have fallen in love with the Tramuntana region! Inez was such a professional, helpful host who could not have done more for us!!

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonder holiday at Can Xispa. Everything was as explained and more. The views were incredibly beautiful, and everything had been thought of by host, Inez. Such a relaxing and tranquil spot to holiday. It felt like a retreat, even with the children! The air conditioning saved us in the heat wave or 39! Thanks Inez for loaning us your amazing home.

Tremendous

We stayed at Can Xispa for 12 days. Place is absolutely beautiful. The grounds and the pool and the outdoor kitchen…just incredible. Great for adults and little kids. Lots of private space outside. Very quiet and secluded, but still very close to town. Nice to pick oranges, lemons, limes…too! Inez was a gracious host and it was great to have her nearby if we needed her. Really close to Soller and the great little town of Fornalutx. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful and relaxing Can Xispa

Can Xispa was a perfect holiday spot for two families to spend a beautiful week. It is one of the loveliest spots I've stayed in over many years of travel. The house and property are beautifully appointed with everything you need. The outdoor and indoor kitchens are great for cooking, the beds are comfortable, the house clean and well-designed. The outdoor grounds are spacious with lots of room to relax, whether by the pool, picking lemons and oranges to juice, or to relax and read in many quiet garden spots. It is clear that thought and care have been put into every detail of the home and its surroundings. The kids enjoyed visiting the chickens and turtles. The house is walkable to several nearby towns that we enjoyed exploring. Our hosts were available to answer questions. We highly recommend Can Xispa for anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and explore this region of Mallorca.

PERFECT HOLIDAY

We had the best time, adults and kids! The Villa is stunning and if possible even more so than the pictures, and on top of that the garden is massive and lush with fig, orange and lemon trees, just to mention a few, the pool is large and perfect for kids as well as adults. We couldn't believe we had it all to ourselves. We all loved the out door kitchen with an inbuilt bbq and a huge social table, we enjoyed many meals made from fresh local ingredients picked up from the farm shop down the road. Breathtaking surroundings, like a 'post card' backdrop. Host Inez was super helpful with directions, advice and made us feel super welcome. We are definately coming back. Sara & Co

Mallorca magic!

My wife and I, along with our two kids (18 and 22) spent 11 days here. We've stayed at some amazing properties around the world in the past, but I have to say, this might be the best one yet. It's a recently renovated farmhouse, oozing with charm and character, with a beautiful pool, overlooking a small vineyard, fruit trees, and dramatic mountains that seem to climb right out of the backyard. My family would say that the pool was the best part of the experience, but in my opinion, the coolest part was the fully furnished outdoor kitchen, complete with an open barbecue, refrigerator, and sink, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy your meals, a morning coffee, or an afternoon nap. I really liked the location as well. It's in a very quiet village, surrounded by small farms. The village of Biniaraix is less than a 1 km walk, and the slightly larger village of Fornalutx is about 2 km away, either by car or bike (Fornalutx may be one of the prettiest mountain villages in the world). There are also no shortage of really scenic hiking trails and cobblestone paths right outside the driveway. Soller is 10 minutes away by car, and the Port de Soller (the closest beach) is about 20m away by car. And best of all, Inez, the owner and property manager, was right next door. Anytime we had questions or needed help, she was incredibly responsive and at our door in minutes. We felt spoiled by the end of our visit. We could have easily stayed longer, and we were all sad to leave.

Dejligt hus med meget smukt haveanlæg og pool. Gode faciliteter. Meget venlig og hjælpsom vært. Tilkørsel ad en meget smal vej gav problemer. Sen overtagelse af hus. Foreslår at bolig kan overtages tidligere f.eks. kl. 14:00. Den nøjagtige adresse på bolig bør fremgå mere tydeligt af annoncen på Vrbo. Selvorm det er et dejligt hus med god plads - synes vi at prisen er i den meget høje ende. I følge vores vurdering bør reduceres med ca. 10 -15% i denne periode.

Vacances fabuleuses

Merci à Inez pour cette magnifique maison dans un écrin de verdure c'était sublime, très verdoyant, piscine et extérieur très agréable, la maison également. La maison est très bien placée dans un village hyper jolie.Merci à Inez pour son accueil, sa gentillesse. L annonce correspond exactement à la maison. Nous reviendrons ;-)

Amazing villa in a stunning location

We really enjoyed our stay with Inez at her lovely villa. The property is beautiful an well equipped. On top of that Inez was very helpful and accomodating. We would highly recommend staying here and would certainly do so again!
