Cette propriété est dans un excellent emplacement pour les vacances. C'est dans les complexes haut de gamme de Las Americas. Autrement dit, c'est dans la ville de Corralejo. Ce n'est pas loin de la ville pour essayer de vous convaincre de l'emplacement de la ville, comme cela semble courant ces jours-ci (par exemple La Cappellenia et autres).

Ce bungalow de terrain d'angle bien situĂ© peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  six personnes. Le bungalow est situĂ© dans la ville de Corralejo (prĂšs du parc aquatique 'Baku'). Le complexe est Las Americas, qui est une communautĂ© fermĂ©e sĂ©curisĂ©e. C'est une promenade facile au dĂ©but des plages naturelles de Parque et aux bars et boutiques du centre-ville. La propriĂ©tĂ© est sur la mĂȘme rangĂ©e que la piscine qui est Ă  proximitĂ© (la plupart ne le sont pas), donc c'est aussi un avantage pour la maison.

Il peut facilement accueillir 6 personnes dans les deux chambres de la propriété (la chambre 2 peut accueillir 3 personnes) et l'un des canapés-lits à trois places dans le salon.

Il y a un spectaculaire 60 mÂČ. m solarium sur le toit avec vue sur Lanzarote et les montagnes. Il y a un 50 mÂČ isolĂ©. terrasse arriĂšre carrelĂ©e avec barbecue (barbecue). Les deux terrasses sont trĂšs privĂ©es et Ă  l'abri des vents. Il y a un parking privĂ© hors route.

Il y a une piscine commune et une piscine pour bébés. ADSL haute vitesse 10 Mo (Internet rapide) - numérique, directement sur le téléphone (10 fois plus rapide que la plupart). Il y a des chaises longues inclinables, une table à manger extérieure avec 6 chaises, un parasol.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay here and would definitely come back. The welcome; the position of the property and the facilities inside and out suited us perfectly.Kevin and Margaret were very welcoming and we arranged our transport to and from the airport with them. They attended to any queries and did a terrific clean of the whole property every two weeks. We rarely used upstairs as the outside area downstairs is so functional for relaxing and meals. A pergola gives good shade. The bedrooms and living areas are very good sizes and again very comfortable. The kitchen area is a little small but very functional with good cupboard space and plenty of utensils. We had no problems cooking and dining inside. The tv is excellent as you can, if you want, keep up to date with current uk problems as well as accessing Netflix etc. The whole house is very well sealed and we slept with the windows open every night. The house has good proximity to supermarkets, cafes and Campanario. The town is an easy walk away, but taxis are available. All in all we would recommend.

Absolutely lovely stay at this villa. It has everything you need for an amazing holiday.The outside patio area is lovely definately a sun trap and we enjoyed using the BBQ It was exceptionally hot when we visited and aircon would really have helped but there were fans. We had a hire car but Lidl and Mercadona were easy walking distance and also walking distance to several restaurants . The pool area was great and never too busy.5min drive to water park and 10 min drive to the beautiful beach. Our hosts were excellent lovely to deal with and nothing was a problem for them .Would 10 /10 recommend this property

Quiet Place to Stay

The Place is a little dated, No Aircon, and two fans.. Always a breeze running through with windows open, Which helped with the July weather. Water pressure was poor throughout the apartment Not sure if it's an area thing? Not the owners fault but lot of Dog Barking from other residents places...We had no car so a 15 min walk to local shops, bars, and another 15 into town unless you get a taxi. all doable,Ian was excellent in his communication with us, and Kevin and Margaret looked after us above and beyond what was expected ...A Diamond couple..

Home from Home!!!

We are just back from a fantastic stay. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed. It was ideally located for us, being in a quiet and secure complex. The pool close by, and never too busy. The supermarkets a short walk up the hill and the shopping trolley was a huge bonus. The secluded garden got sun most of the day, so we barely used the roof terrace other than to enjoy the view. The kids enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor furniture under the shade. Something to suit us all.With an xbox and huge range of tv channels, we had plenty to choose from in the evenings when we didn't venture down town.Kev and Mags were absolute stars and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the stay . We were sorry to leave, and will definitely be back. Thank you

The Perfect Place for a Perfect Stay

This wonderful Bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is just as described and more... Lovely outdoor spaces, very comfortable bed, excellent kitchen equipment. The Tv Equipment is one of the best i have come across. The services of Kevin and Margret are an added bonus and they are always available for any support you may need. Wonderful stay in Fuerteventura

Great communication from the moment we booked. Kevin was super helpful with all questions. The place was perfect. The lovely sheltered patio was our favourite spot. Comfortable beds, hairdryer & straighteners! Great self catering equipment. Two big supermarkets in walking distance. Out of the town, so lovely and quiet. A few bars and restaurants at the end of the road. 15 minute walk to the centre. Kevin also gave us a lift to Caleta on our last day as we had a late flight home. 100/% recommended to friends & will definitely return. Thank you!

A nice break

The communications with the property manager were very good. The appartment was very clean and well presented although the paintwork outside was a little tired. This also applied to the shower facilities but the bathroom is expected to be refurbished in the coming months. The only other negative comment is that the mattresses on the sun loungers need replacing. In all other respects the appartment had good size bedrooms along with the kitchen, lounge, outside sitting area and rooftop. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Amazing property that exceeded our expectations

On arrival we found the property to be spotlessly clean. The owners agents, Kevin and Margret were on hand to explain everything regarding the property and complex. They are a very friendly couple with great local knowledge. The property is in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk to Lidl and about 20 minutes to the start of the strip in Corralejo. But there are other bars and cafes much closer. The beach is probably just over a 20 minute walk away. The property has everything you need to ensure you have a great experience. Great kitchen, very comfy bed, mosquito nets on the windows and lots of outside furniture. The Internet/Wifi/TV never had a problem throughout the 3 weeks of our stay. The TV package provided is very comprehensive. As well as all the UK TV channels there are ALL the worlds sports channels and on demand movies. The rear patio area is not overlooked and has shaded areas but the best bit for us was the sun trap of a roof terrace. The views are great and there is nothing to prevent you from soaking up the sun all day. The neighbouring property was in use while we were there but I think they were out at work during the day. They also have no furniture on the roof which may indicate that they don’t use it much. The pool is 50 yards from the property and has plenty of sun beds. Communication with the owner and agents was excellent throughout. We would definitely recommend it to others and we are already planning our next stay.

Home from Home

Exactly as the online description and photos. The bungalow is on a quiet and secure gated complex with parking. The communal pool is excellent and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds, it's about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the main strip in Corralejo. There is also a Lidl and large Mercadona supermarket, bars / restaurants and a taxi rank within a few minutes walk. The Bungalow itself is immaculately clean with comfy beds with 2 TVs and high speed internet, every home from home extra comfort has been thought of. The outside space is amazing with sunbeds , table and chairs BBQ it even has a small covered area with seating if the sun gets too much ,where we enjoyed a lot of time just chilling with a drink. The roof terrace has amazing views with yet more outside furniture and is a real sun trap during the day and has great views of the sky and stars at night. One of the best asset of this property is Kevin and Margaret whom welcomed us and were only a text or phone call away if needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat its an amazing place to recharge and spend some quality family time, big thank you to Lain for letting us stay at his property.

April 24 stay

Great 10 night break in April, picked up and dropped off at the airport by Margaret and Kevin who have a lot of useful information about the property which was as advertised and the island itself. Very spacious apartment and we spent a lot of time up on the roof terrace. A 20 minute walk into the main resort which is a perfect distance for us and lots of things to do close at hand. Would recommend staying here for a chilled out and relaxing break.

Great communication pre stay and really helpful at check in and out. Brilliant apartment for the 2 of us - very well equipped (even had straighters). Loved the roof terrace, so peaceful and amazing views It’s about a 30 min walk to main crater egich is what we like and there are nearby bars and restaurants too, Ugly Duckling is our fave but you have to book in advance. Lots of taxis around for those that need them and only 5 euros to centre. One of the best equipped apartments I’ve stayed in and would definetely recommend.

Everything as described! I enjoyed every day in the house, the very private terrace and roof solarium. Breakfast on the roof with wonderfull view to the vulcanic mountains. I also enjoyed the walking tours in the impressive vulcanic landscape or along the coastline. The location is good for day trips in northern part and also down to central Fuerteventura.

I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote.
I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I be.
It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Europe this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks).
The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful.
Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.
This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town. The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper British TV (BBC, ITV etc). This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

The USP of this property is the space and views. In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties. The wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video. The real BBC / ITV etc TV helps parents - it is genuine - watch out for the trick of properties quoting English TV only for you to find out that is English but is actually no English channels that you have ever heard of.
