Nuestra villa es una de las villas más grandes ubicadas dentro de este hermoso desarrollo en una excelente ubicación, a poca distancia de las mejores playas con bandera azul en Coral Bay y las instalaciones de lujo del cercano hotel de 5 * Coral Bay Beach. La villa ofrece instalaciones de lujo en un estilo moderno y tiene su propia piscina privada y barbacoa al aire libre para cenar al aire libre. ¡Incluso puedes recoger tus propios limones y naranjas de los árboles en el jardín cuando están en temporada!

Lovely villa, close to a beautiful beach. Coral Bay centre was about a 20 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The owner was very helpful and provided lots of information.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Paula’s villa. Few minutes walk from blue flag beach close to restaurants and shops. Decent sized pool. Well furnished villa.

Property manager Paula was excellent throughout with prompt responses to emails and nothing was too much trouble. Great location with 3 minute walk to Corallia Beach and local amenities. Property was clean and presented well. Kitchen had all you would need and a lovely touch of milk, bread, butter, wine, ham and cheese in the fridge on arrival. A few comments: Mattress on the main bed was rock hard and quite uncomfortable which was a shame. The shower unit in the en suite could do with an upgrade albeit the shower head fitting and water pressure was excellent.Would we stay in this property again; absolutely

Fabulous Villa, would stay again

Having stayed in Coral Bay previously we knew the area and the great standard of villas and Paula's villa did not disappoint in anyway. Location is 3 mins walk to the beach, beach bar and bus stop (buses are great at 2 to the strip or pafos or 6.50 for an all day travel pass) the villa is an inviting clean and sociable space. The pool is fab. Above all, the communication with Paula and the property manager when we were there was amazing, they will help and advise with anything you need. Thank you and we hope to visit again.

Excellent Easter break

We had 15 nights over Easter half term. The host, Paula was incredibly helpful and informative. The villa was as described and located just across the road from a very handy bus stop. And within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. The area is so tranquil and peaceful. We hired a car and just did what we wanted when we wanted. We throughly enjoyed our week in Villa Kristiana. The location was excellent and the villa is very close to the nicest beach in Coral Bay. The villa was spotless and the management team extremely helpful in accommodating our request for an early arrival. I would highly recommend Villa Kristiana for your stay in Cyprus.

We had a great stay at the villa. The villa was clean and big. Great for our family. The communication with the owner Paula was superb. She arranges everything, but really everything, from taxi, food/drinks, locations to visit and there was even a present for the kids. We enjoyed so much, we definitely will come back.

Amazing villa for all the family.

We had a lovely week staying in Villa Kristiana. From the start, Paula was extremely helpful and we really appreciated all of her help and recommendations. The villa is in a lovely quiet street close to Corallo beach. It was easy to hop on the bus to Coral Bay centre which took just a few minutes. The villa was very well quipped and offered everything we needed. Would love to go back and would recommend to everybody!

Amazing Holiday!!

Thank you, Paula, for letting us stay in your beautiful Villa - we had a fantastic time! The Villa is so spacious, clean and nicely furnished and being so near a beautiful sandy beach in a great area was a real treat. We loved having our own private pool and we spent a lot of time swimming and barbecuing by the pool, nice and relaxing! Thank you for being so helpful and providing excellent information, we followed a number of your suggestion's - we loved the beautiful beach bar close to the Villa and had a great day in Latchi where we hired a boat. We will certainly book your Villa again and will also highly recommend it to family and friends. Thank you Louise

Absolutely perfect in every way !!

We came on a family holiday and we were extremely impressed with our stay at the Villa! It was very well equipped and had everything we needed, and more! Including travel plugs, card games, a pool lilo and pool games to enjoy! The pool area had great seating and sun beds to enjoy our evenings. We were kept cool and comfortable despite in the intense heat, with excellent air conditioning and beautiful pool that was well maintained throughout our stay. Check in was very simple, check out was straightforward too. We had good communication with the host, who arranged a lovely welcome pack too on our arrival, including wine and snacks! The area itself was safe, and we were well secured with house security alarms. I would highly recommend the Villa for your stay in Phaphos, we truly had the best time and would return again!

The inside of villa was as really clean and there was everything you needed, no instructions for washer, cooker or dishwasher ,we managed ,not the dishwasher ,I’m sure if we’d wanted to use it we would have got in touch with Barry who came sorted a couple of minor problems straight away the outside space was good but round the pool area needed a couple more umbrellas, too much gravel and the fence between could do to be a little bit higher for more privacy.good location

5 ladies celebrating their special birthdays

Pros - cleanliness was good, location good, liaison with owner good, villa well stocked of equipment and welcome/birthday gift package much appreciated. Cons- we were burgled whilst sleeping upstairs on our second night and cash was taken from downstairs. Police, maintenance men and locksmith said the locks were inadequate. All the door and window locks were changed that day to better security locks. There is an openness to the villa at the back which leaves you slightly vulnerable. Also as mentioned in previous reviews there is a very steep and dangerous ledge from patio area to pool. Although our stay was spoilt by the break-in we really enjoyed our stay even though we were unsettled during the nights.

Villa Kristiana - August family holiday

Villa Kristiana is perfect for a family holiday. The villa is really well equipped with good quality fixtures & fittings. There is plenty of seating and sun loungers around the pool area. We arrived late at night and were greeted with milk, coffee, water, crisps, fresh bread, ham, cheese, a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. It was lovely to arrive and make a sandwich and have a class of wine on the terrace after a long day travelling. The villa is on a quiet estate 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk to a supermarket and 'legends' bar which does nightly entertainment serving food throughout the day. There are also other bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The villa is also a 20 minute walk away from the 'strip' where there are numerous bars and restaurants.There is also a regular bus service running back and forth to Paphos via the town centre every 15/20 minutes. We visited some of the restaurants Paula recommended which all were lovely. Villa Kristiana has air conditioning throughout which was a necessity in August, a lovely pool kept clean by Phil, close to the beach which is a 5 minute walk over the road, good locks & alarm system which I accidentally set off in the middle of the night going downstairs for a drink and Paula emailed to make sure everything was ok. Paula has been quick to correspond throughout & would highly recommend Villa Kristiana to anyone looking for a villa in Coral Bay. Alison & family

Lovely villa, just across the road to the beach.

Villa kristiana is set in a lovely quiet area but only 5 mins walk to the beach and a few restaurants and a supermarket the main strip is a little further about half an hour walk, pool was a good size and lovely to cool down in, loads of outdoor seating , we had a amazing holiday in coral bay will definitely be back.

Gepflegtes Haus; tolle Lage

Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Haus. Gute Lage zu Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe (alles ohne Auto erreichbar). Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort. Mit Auto guter Ausgangspunkt zu Wanderungen; Bootstouren in der Umgebung. Viele Sportangebote in der Nähe. Wir waren als Familie dort mit Kindern (19, 17 und 13) sowie Freund unserer Tochter. Es hat für 6 Personen alles gut geklappt.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage.

Das Ferienhaus liegt wie beschrieben nahe zu den Stränden von Coral Bay. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß um sich kurz darin zu erfrischen. Das ganze Haus ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben sauber und gepflegt. Für uns war das Objekt hervorragend geeignet ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 16 und 20 Jahre alt und Freundin des Großen im Alter von 19 J.) Hervorzuheben ist Rebecca, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert und alles organisiert. Diese Frau ist wirklich Gold wert. Sie hat jeden Wunsch von uns ( größerer Grill) sofort umgesetzt und erledigt. Einfach nur toll! Naxhteil bei dem Anwesen ist, dass zwischen Terasse und Swimmingpool ein großer, ungesicherter Absatz ist, der nicht gesichert ist. Mit kleinen Kindern daher besondere Vorsicht und Sorgfalt nötig.

Fantastic - can't wait to go back!

This was our first visit to Cyprus and we had a wonderful holiday. The villa is lovely, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for a family holiday. In addition Paula's restaurant recommendations were fantastic - we ate out every night and didn't have one bad meal! When we did need help Paula and her team were always available and ensured we had a great holiday!

Great villa in a great location

We have just got back from a 2 week stay and we had a fantastic time the villa was perfect for us. The welcome pack was a great touch as we landed late at night and was very nice to get up and have tea and toast ! We were a family of 5 adults and have stayed in many villas in Cyprus as we have family there, I have to say this is one of the best locations. The only grumble we had was the beds were a bit uncomfortable and it would of been better with a bigger bbq but besides that it’s a great villa in a great location and definitely worth the money. I have been going to Cyprus for over 20 years and stayed in lots of villas, this is the first not to charge us for air conditioning !!! Was a little put out that we had to pay for WiFi as never been charged for that before but still a great value villa. Would definitely recommend for family’s with slightly older children but not toddlers due to a big step off the patio that could be a hazard.

Lovely villa

In a good location as the bus stop to Coral Bay is five minutes walk away. Used the nearby Coral Bay hotel quite a lot in the day as it was so hot when we stayed, and the pool area is enclosed so no breeze sunbathing. We sat overlooking the sea and had magnificent views and a lovely breeze. The villa had everything we needed. No instructions for the washing machine which would have helped and the dishwasher didn't seem to wash everything throughly. The beds were extremely hard and quite uncomfortable and also the pillows, I actually bought a pillow!. We would have appreciated at least a bottle of water and some milk on our arrival as we got there after 11pm, so had to go in search of where to buy some. I know they offer a welcome pack but we didn't need a full pack and didn't want to pay for things we may not have used. Overall we really enjoyed it and would go back to this area of Coral Bay again.

Excellent villa

We've just returned from a 10 night stay in this lovely villa and have had a fantastic holiday. The only regret is that we didn't stay for longer! The villa is in a very quiet estate with other similar properties and is only a short walk to the best beach in Coral Bay. There are a few bars and a small supermarket within easy reach of the villa. The more lively 'strip', with a wide choice of restaurants and bars is about a 15 minute walk away. There is nothing better than having your own pool and I think it would be very difficult to go back to sharing! The pool was immaculately kept by a rather grumpy pool cleaner who visited 3 times during our stay. We ate out most of the time but for anyone preferring to eat in, the kitchen was very well equipped with every utensil you could possibly need. We did use the BBQ a couple of times which was great. Paula couldn't have been more helpful with the booking process and responded to any queries very quickly which made the whole process stress free! She also arranged to return the deposit within a few days of our return. We have been to a number of villas in Coral Bay and I would say in terms of location and value for money this one was the best. We wouldn't hesitate in booking again next time we visit Cyprus. Thank you Paula for all your help and for letting us use your second home!

Excellent stay at Villa Kristina

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday staying at Villa Kristina. The villa is in an excellent location, close to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and there is a local bus stop within easy reach which runs to Pathos and the harbour every 15 minutes. The villa has everything you need for a great holiday. It's clean, spacious and in a lovely location. Paula, the owner, is extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Paula kindly compiled an information pack on the local area so we could plan our week with things to do and places to visit which helped make our stay as good as it was. We ordered an arrival pack prior to our trip which was a nice touch and meant we could relax without worrying about the essentials upon arriving at the villa. Our villa is in a great location in the resort of Coral Bay. Its perfect for families and couples with all amenities close at hand, with the two best beaches in Paphos only a few minutes walk away. You can have the best of both worlds its relaxing and quite, but still have the lively resort of Coral Bay with plenty of bars & restaurants.
