Rent this three story beach house! for a week or more this summer, something exciting for the entire family to do only minutes away.
5 Witch Island Way is located on a quiet private road, just one block from the beach.
We supply all the modern comforts! The kitchen is fully stocked with flatware, cooking items, glasses and mugs. The living room has a Blu-Ray player, cable, WiFi and streaming channels are provided. All bed linens and towels are provided, and a washer and dryer are located in the entry way for your convenience.
We supply boogie boards, an assortment of beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs, blankets, towels and a cooler, everything you need for the beach!
The first floor offers a spacious open floor plan with a full eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room, and half bath. The kitchen opens out to a porch facing the ocean for quiet morning coffee and through the living room is another porch with gorgeous sunset views of the marsh.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a beautiful view. The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk in closet and full on-suite bath with double sinks in addition to sparkling ocean views. The back bedroom sleeps two in it’s queen size bed, and has private access to a back porch with serene sunset views of the marshes. Across the hall from the back bedroom there is another full bath, and a spiral staircase leading to the loft area. The loft space contains four twin beds and has the best views of both the marsh and the ocean. It’s a spot for kids to hang out, but works equally well for extra adult sleeping space.
Outside you’ll also find a shower to rinse off after a fun filled day in sand and water. There is even a picnic table and grill for your use

My family has been coming to Hampton for the summer since I was born. My great grandfather had a hand in the building of Hampton’s famous beach wall, and the history of my family goes back generations in Hampton beach. My grandmother left the land she owned in Hampton to her grandchildren and it became “Witch Island Way” a family condo association. I hope that you and your family can make this beautiful place part of your vacation traditions, and enjoy it as much as our family has.

1) In-between every rental we have supplied the cleaner with hospital grade disinfectant to wipe down all hard surfaces, and mist the furniture
2) all linens will be sanitized on property with bleach and dried on a high heat setting.
3) Inside the door I have mounted a dispenser with hand sanitizer in it and supplied the cleaning crew with extra refills
4) Under the kitchen sink we have supplied a spray bottle of Virex anti-bacterial spay and Lysol spray for you to use on the hard surfaces while on vacation please make sure to leave it for the next tennant
5) please do not bring or use any bleach based spray as it will discolor wood, furniture and other surfaces
5 Witch Island way offers the best Hampton Beach experience. It’s just a short drive or from the gaming, dining and entertainment of Main Beach, but is still is settled in the quiet relaxing atmosphere of North Beach.
